ORSI is a non-profit housing corporation that acquires and manages housing for persons with disabilities who need quality, affordable and accessible housing. We have evolved from a provider of group homes and residential staffing services to a developer and manager of affordable housing solutions for all residents with developmental disabilities in Ottawa County... ORSI was founded in 1976. We have provided community living options for Ottawa County residents with developmental disabilities for over 45 years... The Ottawa County Housing Authority (OCHA) was established in 2005 with its mission being that all Ottawa County residents have access to safe, secure, and affordable housing. Since its inception, the OCHA has partnered with ORSI to accomplish this mission on their behalf. It has been a long-term goal of the OCHA to establish the HUD supported Housing Choice Voucher Program in Ottawa County.
