Resource Capital Partners (Resource) is a real estate investment management and advisory company established in 2009, acting on behalf of institutional and private investors. Investors are mainly from Europe and the company purchases buildings in France and Spain where it benefits from on the ground resources able to source, structure and manage the investments. Our focus is commercial real estate (office, retail, hotels and logistics) and main markets are Paris, Madrid and Barcelona... Without our investors we would not exist. Our clients are our most valuable asset and our priority, at any time in all situations... When we can, we invest our own equity alongside that of our clients and receive much of our compensation through incentive payments.
