Adam has served as Lead Geotechnical Engineer for over 25 new dam and dam rehabilitation projects. He has also authored multiple peer-reviewed conference and journal papers pertaining to specialty geotechnical engineering topics. Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Purdue University with an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus in geotechnical engineering, and Colorado School of Mines with a Ph.D. in Geologic Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and Wisconsin and is a registered professional geologist in Nebraska and Wyoming. His deliverables include hydrology reports; dam breach analysis reports; design reports; and construction drawings and specifications for outlet works, spillways, and other hydraulic structures. He has led planning, design, and construction of embankment dams, outlet works, spillways, and pipelines. He has specialized expertise in underwater construction techniques for outlet works rehabilitation projects. Prior to joining RJH in 2010, he was employed by the Colorado Office of the State Engineer as a Dam Safety Engineer for nearly 20 years. In this role, he performed dam safety evaluations, inspections, and design reviews for approximately 500 dams located throughout Colorado. Bob founded RJH in 2005 and has served as President since that time, providing overall direction, management, and strategic growth of the company. Under this leadership, RJH has become an industry leader in dam and levee engineering with completed projects in over 25 states for a variety of federal, state, and local agencies. In addition to his duties as President, Bob remains actively involved in project management and technical work. A geotechnical engineer by training, Bob has spent the majority of his 40-year career managing and delivering dam and reservoir projects. He has successfully led small to large multidisciplinary projects with professional services budgets as large as $7 million and construction costs over $800 million. Bob routinely works with other industry experts and has consulted to multiple state dam safety programs on technical and regulatory matters. He has provided independent technical review on dozens of dam safety projects and designs, served on numerous consultant review boards, and published multiple papers in peer-reviewed trade publications. Bob graduated from Youngstown State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology and from the University of Colorado Denver with an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus. Tom is very familiar with best practices in dam safety, and has participated in numerous inspections and risk assessments for critical facilities. He also has experience working with state regulatory agencies to revise and modernize their dam safety rules and regulations. Tracy Owen

Tracy joined RJH in 2006 and has served in a variety of roles, ranging from Project Manager to Resident Construction Engineer. Tracy graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Colorado State University with an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus in hydraulics and hydrology.
