RSA Realty was founded in 2000 by Packy and Brenda Campbell and named after their oldest three children: Ryan, Sara, and Adam. While RSA Realty began in a spare bedroom, it quickly grew and moved to the centrally located office above Jimmies restaurant in downtown Farmington. Together with Attorney James Shannon, Packy worked tirelessly to grow the business from this humble office space with desks facing each other. The hard work allowed the purchase of the larger commercial property on 60 Farmington Road, Rochester from Granite State Title owners Dick Boire and Sharon Worster. Over the next decade, RSA was successful in completing thousands of residential sales transactions and building over 350 houses in the Strafford County area. In 2016, after many years on Route 11 in Rochester, this location was sold to Waterstone Retail Development Group to make way for phase two of the Granite Ridge Development.
