Packy is the Real Estate Broker and Owner of RSA Realty, LLC with offices in Rochester and Farmington New Hampshire. Packy has a Business Degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Marketing Degree from Southern NH University and 20 years of experience in the local Real Estate Market. He has represented both buyers and sellers in a wide array of real estate transactions. Packy has a proven record in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions with excellence in deal structure and financing. Packy purchased his first investment property when he was in his early twenties. He went on to establish his own construction business, which built over three hundred new construction homes in the local area. He understands market trends and is a resource to all. Packy's expertise is sharper than most agents as he actively invests in the Real Estate market. By owning various commercial retail, medical office, residential apartments, and business properties. Packy is able to give customers first-hand real-world advice based on actual skin in the game experience. Packy has an abundance mentality that will lead to your success in any Real Estate Transaction.
Rachel joins us as a Sales Agent for RSA, Realty. Though a New Face to the Company, she is not a New Face to the Community. She has been involved in the Rochester area for all of her life. She has raised her family here and has been involved with many school activities over the years. She was on the Board of Directors for several years at Holy Rosary Credit Union and now serves on their Supervisory Committee. She is currently a Trustee for the Strafford County Homeless Shelter. She has been in the Real Estate Business for more than 20 years. She can certainly guide the first time home buyer as well as the business seller.
