Camille Alexander

Camille Alexander has progressed through a broad spectrum of investment management and executive leadership roles through her career spanning three decades. Her successful track record includes launching internal startups, restructuring, and integrating businesses, and turning around underperforming teams. Currently, she is Global Head of Sales and Distribution, Investor Solutions for Bank of New York Mellon. Recognized for her strengths in strategy, risk management and governance, Alexander is a sought-after advisor to private companies, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. She served as a formal board advisor to Pivotal Path LLC, a venture-backed, growth-stage fintech company. She currently serves on the advisory board of Community Renewal International and the American Psychological Association Investment Committee. A respected industry leader, Alexander served two terms as Chair of the Board of the CFA Society of Washington where she led the successful transition from an operational to strategic board. She also served as a global board advisor to CFA Institute's Board of Directors and was co-chair of the Institute's US Advocacy Advisory Committee which supported CFAI's efforts to promote integrity, ethics, and stability in the investment industry. Chris Dautel

Chris Dautel was recently promoted to VP of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development for Schurz Communications. In this new role he will be responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions Valuation Analysis, Investments, Strategic Planning and Real Estate Administration. Chris Dautel joined the Schurz Communications corporate staff as Electronic Division Controller and Strategic Analyst in April 2014. He had been the Vice President of Finance and Business Affairs for WSBT-TV for the prior seven years. In addition, a portion of his time had been allocated to Schurz Communications largely in the area of acquisitions. Chris' skills fit well with the need for directed attention to financial processes as well as looking ahead to opportunities and trends within the industry. Prior to joining Schurz, he was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Raycom Media. Chris and his wife Lauren are the parents of Daniel and McKenna.

He earned his M.B.A. (graduating cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame, where he was recognized with the 2007 Distinguished MBA Alumni Award. In 2020, David received an Honorary Doctorate from Bentley University. Diego Anderson

Diego Anderson joined Schurz Communications in January 2024 as the Executive Vice President of Broadband. He is responsible for leading the strategy and management of Schurz's broadband portfolio: Antietam Broadband in Maryland, Burlington Telecom in Vermont, Hiawatha Broadband in Minnesota, Long Lines Broadband in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, NKTelco in Ohio, and Orbitel Communications in Arizona. Diego has deep operational experience in the fiber broadband sector, most recently as CEO of Lumos, a fiber provider in Virginia and North Carolina. Earlier, his roles included Senior Vice President and General Manager of Segra and Vice President of Operations for Lumos Networks. He began his career at Sprint and nTelos Wireless, where he held a variety of positions in network engineering, construction, operations, and strategic planning. He brings a passion for the industry, and as a strategist likes to understand the data and make decisions based on the best information available to enhance communities with better broadband fiber connectivity. He brings much experience building tens of thousands of fiber passings, overseeing broadband growth in both organic and M&A scenarios, developing sales teams for business and residential fiber networks, and leading with a focus on customer care and excellence. Diego is married and has two grown children, DeeJay and Julia. He and his wife, Regina, live in Charlottesville, Virginia. Anderson is based in the Hagerstown, MD office.

James M. Schurz

James Schurz is a partner with Morrison & Foerster and co-chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. He represents clients in federal court, state court, and a broad range of arbitration forums in complex civil actions. Mr. Schurz's practice encompasses all manner of commercial transactions and intellectual property matters, including actions for breach of contract and business torts, unfair competition, fraud, trade libel, products liability, and joint venture/distributor termination. Mr. Schurz has broad experience representing energy companies, resource companies, electronics manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Schurz has served as trial counsel in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He has appeared extensively in courts throughout California, in particular, San Francisco Superior Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the California Courts of Appeal. Mr. Schurz has deep experience with many of the world's leading arbitration forums, including the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, and UNCITRAL. He has handled arbitrations involving intellectual property, distribution contracts, fuel contracts, joint ventures, and the development of infrastructure projects. He also has broad experience litigating the enforceability of arbitration clauses in federal and state courts. Mr. Schurz has written and lectured extensively in the field of litigation and dispute resolution. He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of California, San Francisco, Hastings College of the Law (1998 to present), teaching courses in international commercial arbitration, negotiation, and settlement. Mr. Schurz is active in professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution's Leadership Council and chair of its Advocacy Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of San Francisco and on the Board of Directors of Search for the Cause. In 2008, he received the NCLR's Justice Award and the California Lawyer's Angel Award for his pro bono work on Gammett v. Idaho State Board of Corrections. In 1998, he served as President of the Barristers Club of the San Francisco Bar Association and as a member of its Board of Directors from 1997 to 1999. In 1998, he received the San Francisco Bar Association's Award of Merit. In 1999, he received the Outstanding Barrister Award from the San Francisco Bar Association. Mr. Schurz received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in European history from Stanford University. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Immediately following graduation, Mr. Schurz served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marcus Kaufman, Associate Justice, California Supreme Court. He joined Morrison & Foerster in 1990. He and his wife Julie Ruskin, have three children; Maxfield, Claire and Caroline.

John D. Schurz has served as President and General Manager of Orbitel Communications since January, 2013. Orbitel is a broadband, cable television and phone provider based throughout central and southern Arizona serving the communities of Maricopa, Sun Lakes, SunBird, Robson Ranch, SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch. Schurz began his employment with Schurz Communications in 1995 as a sports and police beat writer for the Bloomington (IN) Herald-Times. After spending time in Chicago, IL working for the Chicago Wolves hockey team and coaching basketball at Resurrection High School, he returned to SCI in 1999, working at several SCI properties including WSBT Radio Group and WSBT-TV, South Bend, IN; Advanced Cable Communications in Coral Springs and Weston, FL; Antietam Broadband in Hagerstown, MD; and WDBJ7 in Roanoke, VA. In 2005, Schurz was promoted to Vice President and General Sales Manager of 93.5 KHY and B102-9 of the WASK Radio Group in Lafayette, IN. Two years later, he became President and General Manager of the WASK Radio Group. Schurz's corporate duties include serving on the SCI Board of Directors and the Acquisition, Governance and Audit and Finance Committees. He is a member of the Schurz Family Council and serves on its Opportunity and Education Committees. Schurz is also involved in the community serving as Past President of the Southwest Cable Communications Association, President and CEO of the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance, Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication endowment board member, a member of the Site Council for Cerritos Elementary and Altadeña Middle Schools (Phoenix, AZ), a volunteer for the Cerritos and Monte Vista Elementary School Watch DOGS programs, a member of Culver Clubs of Arizona and coaches YMCA basketball. John Reardon - CEO, President

John Reardon was named President and CEO of Schurz Communications, Inc., as of February 1, 2023. Mr. Reardon is very familiar with Schurz Communications, serving as an independent Director since 2020. He has served as CEO and other senior roles for multiple firms in the telecommunications and technology-related industries for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Schurz Communications, Mr. Reardon was Of Counsel to Kutak Rock LLP in the firm's Corporate and Government Services Department, where he worked with several prominent broadband companies. He also served as Director of Strategies for Smart Cities at American Infrastructure Partners (2019-2021); and as a Managing Director and CEO of Choctaw Telecommunications, LLC, a wireless communications company (2011-2019). Mr. Reardon has held senior leadership roles, including CEO and General Counsel, for other telecommunications and technology companies, including: MCLM, LLC and Critical RF, Inc. (2006-2011); and Mobex Communications, Inc. and Mobex Network Services Co., a nationwide carrier of wireless services (1997-2005). He began his career as a telecom associate for the law firm of Keller and Heckman, LLP from 1994-1997. Mr. Reardon was a founding and current Board Member of Oxford Lane Capital Corporation (Nasdaq Global: OXLC). He is a 2008 graduate of the CEO mentoring program Mindshare, and he was elected to serve on the Board for three years (2015-2018). Mr. Reardon is past President and a Board Member of the Columbia Law School Alumni Association of Washington, DC. He was recently elected to the Board of Directors of ACA Connects. He is the founder of Children's Hospital Artists, Readers and Musicians (CHARM), a Washington, D.C.-based charity that entertains young patients at their bedside. He has held this position since 2016. Schurz began his employment with Schurz Communications, Inc. (SCI) in 1993 as a sports writer for The Herald-Times in Bloomington, Ind. In 1994, Schurz became an advertising executive at the Associated Desert Shoppers in Palm Desert, Calif. He returned to South Bend, Ind., in 1995 where he held various sales, circulation and management positions for SCI, the South Bend Tribune, WSBT-TV, WSBT-AM and WNSN-FM. Susan Sentell is an experienced board director, CEO and strategic advisor. She enjoys serving as a trusted coach and mentor to senior executives as they progress through their careers Sentell is an experienced corporate board director and currently serves on the boards of Meridian Group International, Sepire and NorthShore University HealthSystems. She is also an operating partner with Lake Pacific Partners, a private equity firm focused on the consumer products industry. A proven innovator, Sentell is known for her expertise in strategic business transformation and growth acceleration. Sentell gained significant Fortune 100 experience with a distinguished 14-year career with Sprint Corporation, where as a president of the $8 billion Sprint Business division, she had direct accountability for strategy and all operating results. During her tenure the business expanded markets, grew share and achieved double-digit annual revenue and profit growth at a time when the competitive climate was driving steep price declines. She is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), The International Women's Forum (IWF), Private Directors Association (PDA) and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Susan and her husband live in the Chicagoland area and have two adult children.

Todd F. Schurz is a Senior Advisor for Schurz Communications after serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer of Schurz Communications, Inc. from July 1, 2007, to January 31, 2023. Schurz Communications, Inc. (SCI) is a diversified privately-owned, communications company, with six broadband companies and managed cloud services companies. Geographically, SCI has a presence in the United States in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin. The company also has operations in Germany, Great Britain, and Romania. Todd was born in San Francisco, California, attended Brown University in Rhode Island, and graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics. He later received his Master of Business Administration in 1989 from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Marketing and Management. Todd currently serves on the boards of the 1st Source Corporation and Herschend Enterprises (as vice-chair and lead independent director). He is an independent Board advisor to EBSCO Industries and serves on the University of Notre Dame College of Arts & Letters Advisory Council.
