For the past 30 years, we have been mobilizing our community to improve the quality of life in South LA by channeling our voices into a strong movement for social justice. Help us continue this powerful work for the next 30 years... SCOPE believes that the economic problems of South Los Angeles can only be solved by building power within, and among, low-income communities of color... For more than 10 years SCOPE has worked with community based organizations, labor unions, and environmental groups to ensure that low-income communities of color are at the forefront of the green jobs sector.
