In 2021 we have been M&A sell-side advisors of CMC, a leading information technology (IT) services and consulting company in Spain. After a restricted sale process, the transaction was closed with Canadian multinational CGI, a world leader in IT services and consulting, for a valuation of about 100 million Euros (EV)... We have our own office in Spain, and representatives in other key markets: Portugal, Germany, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Singapore... In 2019, we advised Sofitec, a leading company in the Spanish aeronautics sector, in refinancing its debt and raising new funds to undertake investments. After a restricted process, 42 million Euros were raised through the credit fund Muzinich.
