CONSERVATION TAX CREDIT TRANSFER - Key Persons
Jody Barbour is the owner of CTCT. She joined CTCT in 2009. Jody has over 22 years of experience in business and commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in various areas of real estate, transactional law, and environmental law. Jody served on the Division of Real Estate's Appraisal Update Course Task Force to establish the curriculum for the Division's mandatory Conservation Easement Appraiser Update Course and served on the rulemaking task force for the implementation of Senate Bill 13-221. She attended the University of Cincinnati and earned her degree in Business and Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining Conservation Tax Credit Transfer, LLC, Jody was a senior commercial real estate paralegal with Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. in Denver.
