Tucker's House is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides home modifications for families of children with disabilities to make their homes safer and more accessible... Tucker's House is a nonprofit providing construction, retrofitting and home accessibility services for families of children with disabilities... Whether long-term or short-term, families of children with disabilities travel a complex path from the hospital to home. The path is overwhelming and often times unexpected. There is a maze of small and large decisions that must be made, further complicated by the moment to moment concerns at hand. The future is uncharted territory. Families are left to find their way as they go. Tucker's House helps families navigate these challenges.
