VBM's great staff prides them self in taking care of our customers! Our phones are always answered by a friendly staff member, (This is one thing that we refuse to automate!). Most recently, in VBM's continuing effort to provide the best service available, we switched to a new comprehensive software package that fully integrates our service, sales and inventory. Before you hang up the phone your service call is logged by one of our local customer service representatives. It can then be tracked by call-in time, response time, and time spent on the service call. Calls can also be staged by priority in Dispatch Central for High, Medium, and Low priority, to speed up response time for a down machine. If a part is needed for your machine the Service Rep can not only check stock at VBM but can also check the car stock of all 7 of our local technicians to speed up the repair process.
