After emigrating to the United States from Scotland, Stewart Mackay began a career in the recreation industry on the management team at Little Tikes Commercial. Over the course of seven years with Little Tikes, Stewart hoped to use his experience working with various suppliers to create a company that was truly customer-focused. All Inclusive Rec was founded in November 2004. At that time, the company consisted of Stewart and one part-time office staff member. Fifteen years later, All Inclusive Rec has grown to include five full-time representatives in three states: Illinois, Kansas and Missouri.
