ALL INCLUSIVE REC - Key Persons
John Horne joined All Inclusive Rec in Fall 2019 and is based in his home state of Kansas. Although he is new to the recreation industry, John is familiar with being in the great outdoors. John grew up on a farm, and attended the University of Kansas (KU).
John believes that playgrounds provide a place for children to develop physically, mentally and socially - while creating friendships and memories that can last a lifetime. He was inspired to join the team at All Inclusive Rec to help improve local communities.
Outside of work, John enjoys home improvement projects and gardening. John and his wife, Vanessa, have two children who keep them busy with soccer, volleyball, softball, swimming and jiu-jitsu lessons.

Kendra Gibson began her career with All Inclusive Rec in 2007 as a member of the office staff, before transitioning to a sales role for eastern and southern Missouri in 2014. She specializes in working with schools, cities, park districts, churches, early childhood centers and Homeowners Associations (HOAs). Kendra is based in the Southeast Missouri area.
Kendra has a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO). Kendra's background in horticulture and landscape design has been beneficial to her work with park designers and architects. She enjoys helping her clients find solutions for park and play areas that are fun and unique - all while offering quality products and exceptional service. After more than 10 years with All Inclusive Rec, Kendra's favorite projects are those that involve inclusive play areas.
In her free time, Kendra enjoys hiking Missouri state parks, kickboxing and yoga. She is also a member of the St. Francois County Rotary. Kendra has a teenage daughter, a dog and a cat.
Lisa Koppeis joined All Inclusive Rec in June 2021. Although she is new to the recreation industry, Lisa grew up in rural Missouri and is passionate about being out in nature.
Lisa believes that playgrounds provide a safe place for all children to create friends while still developing their physical, mental and social skills. She was inspired to join the team at All Inclusive Rec after seeing how they contribute to local communities for the benefit of children of all abilities.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys visiting the amazing rivers and lakes that rural Missouri offers. Lisa has twin daughters who keep her very busy.

Sam Lawson joined All Inclusive Rec in May 2014 as a Project Manager for the state of Illinois. Sam specializes in working with parks and recreation departments, schools, churches, Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Sam is based in the St. Louis area.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL). Prior to joining the team at All Inclusive Rec, Sam spent 16 years in the insurance industry, including as the President and Owner of his own company. Sam's experience as a business owner informs his ability to manage multiple client projects with ongoing deadlines - without sacrificing quality or customer service. Sam is passionate about playgrounds because they help children interact with and learn about each other.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys running, mountain biking, racing and working on muscle cars. Sam and his spouse have three children and two dogs.
Stephanie Singleton joined All Inclusive Rec in March 2022. Although she is new to the recreation industry, Stephanie is passionate about play. As Sales Support, Stephanie processes all the necessary documentation for bids, orders and sales. Stephanie's work helps to ensure that All Inclusive Rec provides outstanding customer service.
Stephanie is a graduate of Farmington Sr High School, Class of 2009. Stephanie believes in the importance of play to children's social, physical, and mental health aspects of all ages. She was inspired to join the team because she believes in play and how it brings children and adults together in the community.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys Crafting, Sewing, and waterparks. She also enjoys fine dining and exploring new cuisines.

Steve Werner joined All Inclusive Rec in October 2019. While he is new to the recreation industry, Steve is a seasoned sales professional with more than 25 years of experience helping clients find solutions. Steve is based in his hometown of St. Louis.
Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri (Mizzou). His diverse career includes Sales, Account Management and Business Development roles in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, construction, mining and trucking. Steve is excited to represent All Inclusive Rec because he believes recreational facilities create a positive environment that are essential to personal health and wellness, for both children and adults.
In his personal time, Steve enjoys theater, boating, camping, and motorcycling with his wife, Lori, and their son, Ross. His family owns a pet dog named Bailey. Steve is an investor in a local cinnamon roasted nut business, and is also actively involved with the Alzheimer's Association and the Humane Society.

Stewart is the Owner and Sales Manager of All Inclusive Rec. After working for Little Tikes Commercial for 6 years, Stewart founded All Inclusive Rec in 2004 to service playground and community projects in Missouri, Iowa, Illinois and Kansas.
Stewart holds a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining the recreation industry, Stewart served in sales and marketing roles for several prominent international brands, including Cadbury and Adidas. Through his experiences at Little Tikes Commercial and All Inclusive Rec, Stewart specializes in working with municipalities, school districts, landscape architects and city planners. Under Stewart's direction, All Inclusive Rec was named 2016 Agency of the Year by PlayPower and Little Tikes Commercial.
Stewart is a native of Scotland and enjoys traveling all over the world. His hobbies also include biking, running, skiing, hiking and music.
