When asked where she gathers inspiration, Sarah responds, "My design flows from an understanding of how my clients live - their priorities, their budget, their relationships." Sarah is a Kansas City native who grew up around construction and design. After graduating with an Interior Design Degree from Kansas State University, she began her professional career in residential design, working with clients in Southwest Florida, Colorado, Illinois, Canada and the Bahamas. Returning to Kansas City in 2014, Sarah chose Madden McFarland as her new home. She is the recipient of numerous interior design awards for her work in Florida and Kansas City. When asked to describe her personal style, Sarah chose the words symmetrical, clean and livable. She strives for design that achieves a harmony of aesthetic beauty, sustainability and functionality.
