Founded in 1998 by two entrepreneurs, who were driven by the passion to build quality homes, the story of MK Builders and Developers began. During their tenure as teachers at West Godavari Junior College, our founding fathers, Mr. Mandadi Rathnaiah and Mr. Katru Ramakrishna Rao, formulated their vision to serve the community.
