Alicia Delaney is the Office Administrator for Pacolet Milliken. She holds a cross-functional position performing important administrative and office management tasks to ensure seamless business operations are maintained.
Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, Alicia was a Signal Officer in the US Army. After transitioning from the military, she held various PTA Board positions in the Greenville County Schools for 10 years.
Alicia has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University.

Andrena Powell-Baker is the Director of Corporate Communications & Diversity at Pacolet Milliken. She is also Senior Manager for Community Relations and Development for Lockhart Power Company, a subsidiary of Pacolet Milliken.
In her capacity as Director of Corporate Communications and Diversity, she is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Pacolet's overall diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as well as internal and external communication.
At Lockhart Power Company, Andrena is responsible for business development, community relations, and various customer-facing marketing efforts.
Prior to Pacolet, Andrena was the Executive Director of the Union County Development Board. In such capacity, she was responsible for economic development in the county and was the lead negotiator of economic development incentive packages for both national and international companies. She is currently Immediate Past-President of the South Carolina Economic Developers Association and Board Chair of the Union County Development Board. She is a South Carolina Certified Economic Developer; and is also certified to facilitate AchieveGlobal's Leadership and Customer Service programs.
Andrena has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Winthrop University.
Anthony Williams is the Director of Finance for Pacolet Milliken primarily focused on financial reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Further responsibilities include budgeting and tax and debt strategy. Anthony joined Pacolet Milliken in 2011 as the Manager of Real Estate Accounting.
Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken in 2011, he served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young where he spent 10 years in public accounting practice, overseeing audits of publicly-traded and private companies. His experience includes multifamily and retail real estate clients, among a range of other industries.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Carolina, Moore School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in South Carolina and a continuing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Bradford is a Principal at 44 North Corp., an investment firm/family office based in New York City. He currently oversees the Firm's investments in California vineyards and a medical search engine, AllMedx.com. Prior to this, Mr. Bradford worked in the wine auction business as a specialist for Sotheby's. Mr. Bradford earned his B.A. from Hamilton College and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Brent Abbott is the Executive Vice President and Head of Investments for Pacolet Milliken's Real Estate Division.
Since joining Pacolet Milliken in 2015, Mr. Abbott has been a leader in driving the execution of Pacolet's real estate strategy that encompasses core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic profile investments with a primary focus on the multifamily and industrial product types. Mr. Abbott leads various real estate investment and capital markets transactions, including asset acquisitions, joint venture investments, structured financial transactions, and asset financings. Mr. Abbott also manages key relationships within Pacolet's network of current and prospective real estate and financial partners.
Before joining Pacolet, Mr. Abbott was Vice President of Capital Markets at Forest City Ratner Companies in New York City. At Forest City, he was responsible for closing over $2.2 billion of real estate capital markets transactions and for the financial management of 4 ground-up development projects in the New York City metropolitan area totaling over $2.3 billion in project costs.
Mr. Abbott received an undergraduate degree in business from Wake Forest University and an MBA degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Bryan Stone serves as President of Lockhart Power Company.
Prior to Pacolet, Bryan was responsible for the Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Department and energy management for the PCS Phosphate - White Springs, Florida facility, where he had also worked as Staff Project Engineer. He is currently a Board Member for the Union Events Center, and is past President of the Union County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Bryan holds Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Most recently, Mr. Blankenship served as Chief Executive Officer of Verde Realty. Clay Adams is the Head of Real Estate for Pacolet Milliken Enterprises. Before joining Pacolet, he was a Managing Director and Partner of Childress Klein Properties, where he led the Investment Management Division. In that role, he was responsible for new investments and for the asset management of office, industrial and retail properties. Clay has over 22 years of experience as a real estate investor and has led over $5 billion of transactions across multiple asset classes and markets.
Clay Adams is the President of Real Estate for Pacolet Milliken.
Before joining Pacolet, Clay was a Managing Director and Partner of Childress Klein Properties, where he led Childress Klein Investment Management, successor to an advisory firm, MXA Capital, that he co-founded in 2011. In that role, he was responsible for the sourcing, capitalization, and asset management of new investments for the firm. Over his 27 year career, previous senior roles have included Chief Investment Officer of Jamestown Properties, National Director of Acquisitions for WestWind Capital Partners, SVP/Director of Acquisitions for Wells Real Estate Funds, and Head of Asset Management for the Goddard Investment Group. Clay has led over $5 billion of transactions across multiple asset classes and markets.

David Cuthell is joining Pacolet Milliken as a 1-Year Shareholder Observer for the second time. He has previously been a 1-Year Shareholder Observer for both Pacolet Milliken and Milliken & Co. He is currently serving as Secretary for the Assembly Council and is a Director on the ASL board.
David graduated with a BA in Economics and Psychology from McGill University before studying Computer Science at Portland State University. He started a web and mobile app development company with his friends from code school in Portland, Oregon. For the last two years he has worked in New York City for FTI Consulting's Technology Transformation Practice, where he has worked on the technology side of due diligence, merger integration, and buy-side and sell-side carve-out engagements. Most recently he has worked on an extensive technology modernization effort for a major US news organization.
In his free time, David enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, and wake-foil surfing. He continues to play guitar poorly.

Mr. Miller is a private investor. From 2007 through 2019, Mr. Miller served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Piedmont Realty Trust, one of the five largest publicly traded office REIT's in the country. Previously, he was as head of real estate activities at Wells Real Estate Funds, Inc., and head of the U.S. equity real estate operations of Lend Lease. Earlier in his career, he worked in the pension investment management department of Delta Air Lines and was responsible for real estate and international equity investment programs. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Pacolet Milliken, and the Board of Governors for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Mr. Miller is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Greg Ingram is the Chief Financial Officer of Pacolet Milliken.
Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, Greg was founder and Managing Partner of Foundation Real Estate Partners, where he ran an investment and asset management business that participated across numerous asset classes throughout the Southeast. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years as an investment banker, primarily focused on assisting clients in deal structuring and capital markets execution. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President with Jefferies & Co. and previous to that was with Morgan Keegan & Co., Wachovia and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. His experience spans numerous real estate asset classes including retail, single-family rental, multifamily and office, working with large public REITs and a variety of large private real estate owners and operators to solve major strategic and capital related issues.

Heather Juve is a Senior Vice President, and responsible for the asset management function in the Real Estate Division.
Prior to joining Pacolet, Heather was Senior Vice President, National Director for Americas Retail at JLL where she led the corporate finance function. In that role, she was responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of the business including its property management, brokerage, and corporate services business lines. Her clients have included public, private, and institutional investors, lenders, special servicers and receivers. Heather has over 20 years of financial, accounting, and management experience in commercial real estate; working for investors, developers, and third party managers over office, retail, and hospitality asset classes. Her extensive experience includes corporate and real estate finance, real estate valuation, debt and equity structuring, financial modeling, asset management, banking and cash management, due diligence, secured and unsecured financing, internal controls and financial accounting.

Jack Altman is the Senior Vice President & Head of Accounting & Tax for Pacolet Milliken.
In this capacity, his responsibilities include financial reporting of the Company's GAAP based consolidated financial statements that include Energy and Real Estate assets across multiple asset classes. He is also responsible for establishing accounting policies surrounding the financial assets of the company and managing all the audit and tax compliance requirements.
Before joining Pacolet Milliken, Mr. Altman worked in Public accounting for seven years where his primary focus was in the real estate and manufacturing sector along with tax preparation for multiple types of organizations. Just prior to joining Pacolet, he gained real estate experience in the private sector with an international real estate sales and marketing firm.
Mr. Altman earned a BS degree in Accounting from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He's a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA and IMA.
Mr. Altman also serves as the Chair of the Board for a nonprofit organization in Greenville which serves children with developmental disabilities as well as a nonprofit organization that provides a youth athletic program across 8 different sports.

Jennifer Calabria is Director of Land Development for Pacolet Milliken's Real Estate Division, and is responsible for managing and positioning the legacy land portfolio for its highest and best use. Before coming to Pacolet, Jennifer worked in the general contracting, landscape architecture and planning fields. She holds a bachelor's degree from Furman University, a master's degree in Landscape Architecture and a master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University.
Jim Boylan is an Accounting Manager primarily focused on analyzing real estate financial packages and integrating the activity into Pacolet Milliken's financial system on a monthly basis. He is also the administrator for both the fixed asset system and travel & expense system, and he accounts for the investment portfolio and preferred equity portfolio.
Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken in 2012, Jim served in various accounting roles in the Real Estate and Financial Services Industries.

Prior to FCP, Kevin worked in development at The JBG Companies focused on trophy office and retail development in Washington, DC.

Lance Jordan is Co-Head and Chief Investment Officer of Pacolet Milliken's Power & Infrastructure Division. Mr. Jordan leads Pacolet's infrastructure investments and capital markets execution with a focus on opportunities to maximize value creation through distinctive sourcing, deep operational engagement and active stakeholder management.
Prior to joining Pacolet, Mr. Jordan was responsible for Cubico Sustainable Investments renewable energy investments and transaction execution efforts in the US. Mr. Jordan led investment and monetization transactions for Cubico in solar, wind, battery storage and other renewable technologies.
Prior to Cubico, Mr. Jordan was an investment banking Senior Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Natural Resources Group. While at Goldman, Mr. Jordan led a number of marquis deals in the Power, Utility, Industrial and Renewable sectors. Deal activity included sellside, acquisition and financing transactions in traditional and alternative energy, clean technology and the industrial sectors.
Lance Jordan is Co-Head and Chief Investment Officer of Pacolet Milliken's Power & Infrastructure Division. Lance leads Pacolet's infrastructure investments and capital markets execution with a focus on opportunities to maximize value creation through distinctive sourcing, deep operational engagement and active stakeholder management.
Ms. Folse is the former CEO of BP Wind Energy, North America. In that role, she managed over 500 employees and contractors and operations at 14 wind farms across eight states, with an operating capacity of over 2.5 gigawatts. Prior to that, she served as Executive VP, Science, Technology, Environment and Regulatory Affairs at BP p.l.c., where she led cleanup and restoration efforts in response to the 2010 BP Macondo well explosion off the coast of Louisiana. Before being named Executive VP, she served in various leadership roles within BP p.l.c.
Ms. Folse serves on the board of TransAlta Corporation and the Auburn University College of Arts & Sciences. From 2016 to 2019, she was a board member for the American Wind Energy Association. Ms. Folse holds a Master of Management, Business from Stanford University, a Master of Science, Geology from the University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science, Geology from Auburn University. She brings to the Board her experience in corporate risk management, large-scale crisis management, leveraging data analysis, leading large and complex organizations, and driving cultural change.

Lee Brookshire is the IT Systems Administrator and is responsible for the overall maintenance, administration and support of Pacolet Milliken's system and network infrastructure. Lee started in the Information Technology field over 30 years ago in Greenville.
Lee is a lifelong resident of the Upstate and began his IT journey as a systems service engineer. He has spent most of his career working for the Fortune 500 and Global 100.
Lockhart Power Company is an investor-owned electric utility that is regulated by the SC Public Service Commission; its hydroelectric facilities are licensed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Founded in 1912, Lockhart Power has sustainably and reliably served its community for over 100 years. It provides power generation, transmission, distribution and lighting services to a range of residential, commercial, industrial and wholesale customers in Union, Spartanburg, Chester, York, and Cherokee counties in South Carolina. Nearly 100% of the energy produced by Lockhart Power is from renewable resources: hydroelectric power and landfill gas. It owns and operates four hydroelectric plants, as well as two landfill-gas-to-electricity facilities.

Prior to joining Pacolet, Luke was an Asset Management Analyst on the Commercial Real Estate team for Westmount Realty Capital in Dallas, Texas. Luke also served in the Marine Corps (2012-2016) where his roles included the position of Battalion Security and Intelligence Manager.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Master of Science in Management from Austin Peay State University. He has received a Master of Science in Leadership and Project Management from Boston University while serving active duty in the Marines, and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
Lynn Visser is the Assistant Secretary and responsible for Governance & Shareholder Relations for Pacolet Milliken. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate/securities, litigation, and employment law matters, primarily in a law firm setting.
Lynn is a Greenville, SC native and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University.
Marcia Harrison is a Staff Accountant for Pacolet Milliken with primary roles in the payroll and payables functions.

Before joining Pacolet, Mark was an Assistant Vice President at Heitman in Chicago. In that role, he was a member of Heitman's value-add series of funds where he managed multi-family, student housing and self-storage assets in collaboration with property managers and joint venture partners. Mark's fund management responsibilities included reporting, monitoring and analysis of capitalization, diversification, performance, and attribution analysis across the portfolios.

Monica Eslick is the Assistant Controller with responsibilities primarily focused on consolidating the real estate portfolio into Pacolet Milliken's monthly financials. She also assists with analysis on taxable income projections.

Morgan Arndt is the Associate General Counsel of Pacolet Milliken.
Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, Morgan worked for nearly eight years as a corporate and securities lawyer at a transatlantic law firm. In that role, she represented public and private companies in securities transactions, including offerings of debt and equity securities, tender offers, and exchange offers, as well as mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She regularly counseled clients on corporate formations and restructurings, contract negotiations, SEC reporting, corporate governance, and other general business matters.

Ralph Walker is responsible for Pacolet Milliken's Business Development. Prior to this role, Mr. Walker served as the President of Pacolet Milliken's Power & Infrastructure Division before retiring.
Before joining Pacolet, he was the Founding President of Peregrine Energy Corporation, where he was responsible for strategic planning, business development, capital investment, and overall corporate management. Under his direction, Peregrine directly invested over $75 million in industrial utility infrastructures, including coal-fired and gas-fired cogeneration systems, process water treatment facilities, chilled water and compressed air systems and numerous types of air pollution control technologies. Peregrine owned and operated these assets selling electricity to the electric utility grid and steam, chilled water, compressed air, process water and other industrial utility commodities and services to various manufacturing companies. He has over 28 years of experience as president of an independent power producing company. In 1982, he established Aquenergy Systems, Inc. (later sold to Consolidated Hydro), in Greenville, South Carolina, which was the largest independent developer and operator of hydroelectric projects in the southeast United States. Mr. Walker is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and is recognized as a Certified Cogeneration Professional.

Mr. Peelle is currently Senior Director & Partner of Marvel Power Group, a consulting and brokerage firm for clients in energy, water, and manufacturing. He started his career with United Technologies Corporation before focusing on clean energy at EnerNOC and, most recently, Advanced Microgrid Solutions, a developer and asset manager of battery and renewable energy systems. He holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Babson College.

Stephanie Schroeder is the HR Operations & Technology Analyst for Pacolet Milliken and is responsible for helping with daily operations and technology systems in human resources.
Prior to Pacolet Milliken, Stephanie worked in human resources for Prisma Health for six years. In addition, she also brings experience in system implementations, process improvement, and executive administrative support.
Stephanie holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master's degree from Union University. She also holds the following certifications: Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Manager (SHRM-CP).

Terrell Mills is the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for Pacolet Milliken, having joined the Company in 2017 as Associate General Counsel. In his role, Terrell is not only responsible for handling the Company's legal matters, but is also an integral part of the business team for both the Power & Infrastructure and Real Estate divisions.
Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, Terrell was in private practice for 18 years, with most of that as a partner at the law firm of Wyche, PA in Greenville. Terrell headed up Wyche's corporate and mergers and acquisition practice and served in a number of management roles, including two terms on the firm's Executive Committee. Prior to attending law school, Terrell spent 8 years as a management consultant, helping companies with business process re-engineering and strategic system design and development.
Terrell has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.

Travis leads Pacolet Milliken's key strategic IT initiatives and is responsible for the organization's technical infrastructure and security.
Travis is a United States Army Veteran and began his IT career as a Network Engineer in the Charleston area before moving to the Upstate of South Carolina in 2003. Travis holds an Associate in Computer Technology and numerous industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Comptia, and Amazon.

Tyler Higgins is a Vice President in Pacolet Milliken's Power and Infrastructure Division. Tyler is responsible for executing both M&A and capital markets transactions as well as the ongoing management and tracking of Pacolet's power and infrastructure investments.
Before joining Pacolet, Tyler was a Senior Associate at Ten Oaks Group and an Associate at Five Points Capital. At Ten Oaks, he was responsible for executing control equity investments across a range of industries and global geographies. At Five Points, Tyler worked across both the control buyout and private credit strategies, providing transaction execution and portfolio management support for investments in the commercial and industrial services, tech-enabled services, and healthcare sectors. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Fidus Partners in Charlotte, NC, covering the industrial and services sectors.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Furman University and a Master of Science in Accountancy with a concentration in Financial Transactions from Wake Forest University.

Prior to joining Pacolet in 2020, Veronica worked in various roles of Human Resources Management in the retail, manufacturing, and healthcare industries, including most recently with Prisma Health.

William Crawford is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Pacolet Milliken. In such capacity, he has primary responsibility for the Company's overall performance, its strategic planning and shareholder communications. William joined Pacolet in 2013, serving first as General Counsel, and then subsequently as President & COO.
Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, William was Senior Vice President with TD Bank, where he was responsible for the legal aspects associated with the Bank's US-wide corporate, real estate and contract functions. He previously was EVP - Chief Legal and Risk Officer of The South Financial Group, Inc., a publicly-traded banking holding company that sold to The Toronto-Dominion Bank in 2010. From 1989 through 2001, William was a lawyer with Wyche Burgess Freeman & Parham in Greenville SC, where he specialized in SEC matters, corporate finance, governance and M&A activities. During his tenure with the firm, he was a partner and a member of its executive committee.
William was born in Cuthbert, GA. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in piano performance from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He lives in Greenville, SC with his wife Marion and is active in many civic and charitable organizations. William and Marion have three grown children.
