VEXTEC provides software and services to predict and improve product durability. Our VPS-MICRO software helps clients virtually qualify their metal components for fatigue performance. It is an Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) tool for simulating fatigue at a microstructural level, where there can be significant variability in metal parts. Without changing the required elements of the certification process, the software can efficiently simulate what would happen if that part were tested in fatigue.
