Carrie Stowell

Carrie joined Weaver Realty Group in the fall of 2021. She is a Jacksonville native and spent the last 16 years as a Registered Nurse. Her experience includes roles as Director of Clinical Informatics, giving her experience working with administration level decision-making, high-level data mining, and teaching. Carrie also specialized a portion of her career as an RN in hospice care both bedside and as an Inpatient Supervisor. She has always had an interest in real estate and her previous experience has provided her with the innate ability to provide detail-oriented research in market analyses as well as a passion for people and building relationships to provide a client focused approach. Carrie currently works alongside the brokerage sales team and Argus Self Storage Advisors specializing in Self Storage and Boat/RV storage properties in Florida and South Georgia as well as a Realtor for residential real estate in North Florida.

Christopher F Weaver - President

Chris joined Weaver Realty Group in 2012 as Director of Operations and was appointed President of the company in January 2017. Activities include overseeing day to day operations, tenant and capital improvements projects, quality control management, and vendor management, monitoring productivity, and most importantly ensuring the company meets client satisfaction. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been involved in commercial transactions valued in excess of $65 million. In addition, Chris is a Certified General Contractor, LEED Accredited Professional, and has also successfully completed the FMI Leadership and Bell Leadership development programs. Prior to joining Weaver Realty Group, Chris was a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction. He has experience in commercial, civil, military, and residential construction. Activities included overall project oversight, financial reporting, budget management, material analysis, and construction scheduling. He has managed several large construction projects totaling $212 million in value.

Danah Johnson

Danah joined Weaver Realty Group in the fall of 2021. She joins the company with experience as a residential Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of 100+ properties. In addition, she has experience in pre-suit as a litigation paralegal. Danah is responsible for coordination and oversight within the Operations Department and works closely with the building engineering staff managing the day-to-day flow of property maintenance requests. She is an excellent communicator, very organized, and is vital to the success of our Team.

Josh has a strong commitment to customer service and brings a unique ability to identify client needs while providing effective solutions. His personal approach and attention to his clients make the sales process smooth and timely.

Ryan Haney joined Weaver Realty Group, Inc. in 2021 as a sales associate. Ryan's six years of real estate sales experience encompassed residential and commercial properties, specializing in waterfront properties. His total sales in 2021 were $9 million. Ryan was a Yacht Broker before commencing his real estate career. His focus is on self-storage, boat/RV, and commercial sales.
