The most critical part of the Blackketter Craftsmen Inc. team consists of our lead carpenters, journeymen, apprentices and office staff. One of our lead carpenters is assigned to each project at its commencement. He or she meets the customer in preliminary visits, returns to begin the project, and stays with the job all the way..
