BLACKETTER CRAFTSMEN - Key Persons
Gretchen holds a M.S. in Engineering. She joined Blackketter Craftsmen Inc. in 2005 after a 15 year career in process control engineering. She is responsible for design, project management, and business operations. She coordinates with Scott and the Blackketter Craftsmen team as well as with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure an efficient project schedule. Gretchen also works closely with customers and suppliers in order to streamline and simplify the process of product selection and integration.
Scott has been involved with construction since his childhood. He holds a B.S. in Human Factors Engineering and has over 20 years experience as a remodeling contractor. As an expert carpenter with experience in nearly every type of residential building task, Scott is both the supervisor and the master carpenter for all projects. He acts as coach to the Blackketter Craftsmen team made up of lead carpenters, journeymen, apprentices and subcontractors.
