Federal Practice Group (FPG), LLC is a small business committed to helping federal and state government clients achieve their goals in affordable housing programs. We formed in 2006, spinning off from a real estate investment firm turning its focus away from government consulting; the initial FPG partners were passionate about continuing this practice and set out on their own... Today, we solve problems by integrating the disciplines of real estate finance, policy, property management, green building, and government agency operations. The work focuses on modernizing and rehabilitating the existing stock of income-restricted affordable housing, improving its energy efficiency and livability.
