MAKAR Ltd is an architect-led design, manufacture and construction company, established in 2002. We exist to design and deliver healthy, comfortable, beautiful and low-energy homes. We only use environmentally friendly building materials, including Scottish-grown timber. We work across the UK though mainly in Scotland, and have delivered over 200 homes and other types of building over the past 20 years... Established in 2002, we have delivered over 250 of the UK's most innovative Net-Zero, Ecological homes, using Locally sourced, natural materials together with advanced off-site manufacturing... We build our eco homes right across Scotland and further afield in England and even the Isle of Man.
