TRIAD was founded in 2007 on the principle that local leaders are the agents in sustaining social change and fostering healthier communities... We do not send outsiders to live alongside and teach youth. TRIAD creates partnerships with existing community-based organizations that know the challenges facing their own communities, partnerships through which TRIAD's staff and expert volunteers train and empower LOCAL LEADERS... Our technology-based platforms support community health workers as they ensure access to the highest quality treatment and care and document our interventions' impact.
