TRIAD was founded in 2007 on the principle that local leaders are the agents in sustaining social change and fostering healthier communities... We do not send outsiders to live alongside and teach youth. TRIAD creates partnerships with existing community-based organizations that know the challenges facing their own communities, partnerships through which TRIAD's staff and expert volunteers train and empower LOCAL LEADERS... We support local leaders with design, program & leadership development and technology platforms and trainings that mitigate risk and maximize access to information and care through community-centered work.
