Barry O'Sullivan has worked as a senior executive in financial services for over 25 years, in sales, operations and general management to director level.
Barry was Head of Brokerage Operations for Irish Life and previously Regional Director with Prudential. He was a non-executive Director of Assurelink (IT), a non-executive Director of Money Advice CRM, Head of Wealth Management with Acumen and Trust, and Group Director at Arachas Corporate Brokers.
Since 2010, Barry has worked as an Executive Coach with senior executives in Financial and Professional Services, Tech, Law, FMCG, Retail, Construction and Wealth Management. As a consultant, he has been engaged in financial services on sales, operations and strategic assignments.
Barry has natural coaching style that draws on his training and experience in applying practical approaches to working with change agendas. His approach aims to build awareness, achieve personal growth and deliver changes in outlook, attitudes and behaviours.
He works closely with individuals to build a commitment to action and change.
