In partnership with the State of Ohio, we provide about 20% of all of the food Ohio's foodbanks distribute... The Ohio Association of Foodbanks is proud to be lead partners with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, the Ohio Department of Agriculture, and the Ohio Department of Education on executing Ohio's LFPA - Ohio CAN (Community + Agriculture + Nutrition)... We also seek out opportunities to bolster Ohio's charitable hunger relief network through funding, training, and technical assistance. Most recently, thanks to the support of funders like the State of Ohio and UnitedHealthcare, we leveraged more than $1.5 million to support the purchase of refrigerators, freezers, trucks, food storage and food handling equipment, and more.
