Conte & Giacomini Avvocati was established in 1992 from the merger of the firm of Giuseppe Conte, founded in 1971, and that of Giuseppe Giacomini, founded in 1981. Our law firm has based its success on the combination of civil and criminal law, over the years successfully extending our areas of particular skill through the contribution made by new professional members of the firm. Conte & Giacomini chose to specialise in European Community/competition law right from the start, gaining standing as one of the first Italian law firms to protect the interests of its clients at the Court of Justice and Court of First Instance. Conte & Giacomini Avvocati is registered at the Juridical Services of the European Commission. Later, it also entered the fields of maritime/transport law, tax law, aviation law and the defence industry.
