IATC team brings a unique combination of decades of superlative outcomes to bear on all elements of IATC programs... Pieter van den hoogenband was the swimming sensation of the Netherlands in the early 2000 winning gold at the 2000 and 2004 Olympics. His development was part of the long term Olympic development program that was established by IATC member Cees Vervoorn, while he was the national coach in the 1980's and the head of the Dutch Top Sports from 1992-98. The success of the Dutch swimmers in the early 2000's can be traced back to Vervoorn's leadership throughout the 1980's and 90's.The basis for team growth and progress takes years and is an integral feature of EADP.
