VCL is a not-for-profit organisation which came into being in 1975 as a joint initiative between employers and employees, represented by Fabrimetal (now Agoria) and the ACV and ABVV unions respectively... We are specialised in training and certifying welders according to the latest international standards such as ASME IX; EN 287-1; ISO 9606-2; ISO 24394; etc…
