Technology is used to support instruction as well as developing the prerequisite skills for our students to use technology responsibly... We understand and support the role of students as active participants in their own learning. We foster literacy development within the balanced literacy approach, and we offer an inquiry-based, hands-on experience in mathematics, science and social studies. We encourage children to develop as critical and creative thinkers in the arts classrooms where they learn to perform and read music on their own and in ensemble.
