Cortney Coyle

Job Titles:

Cortney Coyle serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Adriel. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and her Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Wheeling Jesuit University. Cortney is a human resources professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in roles primarily within the healthcare and human services domains. She is responsible for all Human Resources functions at Adriel and provides oversight to the agency's Training team.

Heidi Bowling

Job Titles:
  • Director of Foster Care Licensing and Compliance
Heidi Bowling is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation with over a decade of experience in nonprofit management, social work, foster care, and adoption. Heidi is a graduate of Otterbein University and obtained her Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University with a focus on administrative social work. Heidi is a tier-two certified adoption assessor. Heidi has experience directly consulting foster youth and foster families, as well as with compliance and quality improvement, managing and developing foster care programs and services, foster care advocacy, increasing foster care awareness, and building community partnerships. Heidi is dedicated to guiding and supporting foster families, caring for the unique needs of foster youth, and advocating for the needs of foster youth and families. Heidi first joined Adriel in 2013 as the Dublin Regional Manager, then in 2021 was named Director of Foster Care Licensing and Compliance.

Jacquie Linville

Jacquie Linville is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. Jacquie began her professional career at Adriel in July of 2002 as a Foster Care Consultant. In May of 2004 Jacquie was promoted to the Regional Foster Care and Adoptions Manager for the West Central Region. Shortly thereafter she began working on the establishment of Adriel's Central Region which opened in June of 2007, where she then transfered as the Regional Manager. Jacquie was named Adriel's Director of Foster Care and Adoptions in June of 2011. In December of 2015 Jacquie was promoted to Deputy Director, and in 2017 she became the VP of Family Support Services.

James Leonard - Chairman

Jeff Sloat

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Clinical Services
Jeff is a graduate of The University of South Carolina, where he earned a Masters degree in Social Work. He is independently licensed, holding a LISW-S in the state of Ohio. Over his 22 years in behavioral healthcare management, he has served a variety of populations, including foster children and their families, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and those who are experiencing housing and food insecurity. Jeff is honored to lead the clinical team at Adriel.

Jennifer Butler

Jenn serves as the Vice President of Development for Adriel. She received her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Bowling Green State University and her master's degree from the University of Findlay in Human Resource Development. Jenn has over 20 years experience as a professional in the nonprofit sector and has tremendous ties to the community, thanks to her involvement in a range of services and volunteer work serving the children and families in Ohio. Jenn has extensive experience in human services, event planning, relationship-building, and program management. Jenn has a heart for the community and is committed to amplifying Adriel's support that youth and families receive.

Lynnette Zody - CFO

Lynnette has more than 30 years experience with superior analytical abilities to develop and apply innovative solutions to complex problems and achieve desired business results. Lynnette has extensive knowledge of financial analysis and reporting, cash management, inventory planning and control, systems implementation, and business planning.

Rhonda K. Peterson

Job Titles:
  • Director of Foster Care Placement and Compliance
Rhonda K. Peterson is a graduate of Lee University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and then went on to receive her Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Vision Bible College and Seminary. Rhonda began working at Berea Children's Home as a direct worker in 1990. She sat for the LSW test during that time an d became a licensed social worker. Once she had her LSW, Rhonda began her career working with foster children. She came to Adriel in 2004 as a consultant. In 2007, Rhonda became the West Central Regional Manager where she remained until her promotion to Southern Regional Director in 2019. Rhonda currently acts as Adriel's Director of Foster Care Placement and Compliance.

Todd Hanes - CEO, President

Todd is a graduate of Bluffton University and has a Master of Educational Administration from the University of Dayton. He began his career in the school system and was a Superintendent from 1995 until 2005. He was Executive Director of the Ohio Department of Education in Columbus and Associate Superintendent of the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio. He was awarded Executive Certificates in Conflict Management and Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. Prior to serving as Adriel's CEO, he served as principal of Adriel School.
