Lion, Doby & Company was formed in 1999. The firm consists of two partners, David Lion and Mel Doby, who are certified in the states of New York and New Jersey, and a support staff that has been with the firm for many years. The firm, and its partners, are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Conference of CPA Practitioners (NCCPAP), as well as the New York State and New Jersey State Societies. In addition, the firm is a member of the Peer Review Program of the AICPA and has received unqualified opinions over the years... We are located in Emerson (Bergen County), NJ, and service clients all over the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area, as well as other tax jurisdictions... We have a full-time staff that provides bookkeeping services, as well as payroll, sales tax, and other tax compliance issues and services. We are highly computerized with extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and other computer software.
