Dr. Jarmon prepared for this opportunity with a vast educational background including both Master's and Doctorate degrees in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of Texas. She also served as Community Renaissance Fellow at the Yale School of Management... NKA is an SBA certified minority and woman owned consulting firm providing program and performance management services to public sector clients in areas such as public housing, disaster services and fiscal accountability. We are frequently engaged in a "troubleshooting" capacity when an agency seeks assistance with development and implementation of operational priorities.
