A Board of elected Red Fox Cove homeowners maintains the administration of the association... Thirteen acres of common association grounds are maintained: mowing, planting and pruning... The homeowners association was established in the early 1970's to protect our neighborhood and enhance its value. We take care of our common space, natural settings, lakefront, and park-style amenities. We act as a private manager of our streets and collectively purchase sanitation and snowplowing at substantial discounts for our 123 homeowners. (hide)
