Our history traces back to July 1974 when our first operating subsidiary, Kong Tai Sundry Goods, was incorporated in Hong Kong with Mr. Chu as one of founding members and directors. In 1974, we began our wholesale and retail of a range of goods (including footwear) in the local market in Hong Kong. In the 1990s, we began to focus on wholesale and retail business of footwear as part of our new business strategy. We have acquired from C&J Clark and since maintained the exclusive distribution right of Clarks products in Hong Kong and Taiwan for more than 20 years and Macau since 1997.
