COX MEADOWS

On Tuesday December 3, 2002 would-be "block watchers" met for the first time. We met in the Thunderbird High School Faculty Dining Room. The energy in the room convinced us that our neighborhood was ready for a Block Watch... neighbors attended, and Phoenix Police officer who came to the meeting were excited about the number of people who showed up. They expected no more than five to ten neighbors for a new block watch. They could not have been more pleased with the actual turnout.
