Dr. Mirza Baig has more than 20 years of experience specializing in colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. He attended medical school at DOW Medical College and Karachi University of Health Sciences in Sindh, Pakistan, where he graduated in 1991.
Dr. Baig completed his internal medicine residency in Chicago at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center and completed a GI Fellowship at Finch University of Health Sciences. He also completed a fellowship in hepatology and liver transplant at Beth Israel Deacon Medical Center, HMS.
Dr. Baig loves the small-town way of life in the Midwest and is excited to be a part of the North Valley Health Center team and the community of Warren. In his spare time, Dr. Baig enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and painting.

Dr. Leblanc is the medical director at NVHC and lead physician of the cardiac rehab program. One of his greatest joys is knowing he has helped others to live a healthier life and that he might have been able to assist them in that pursuit.

For almost 10 years, Jeremy Houser has enjoyed serving the North Valley Health Center community. Jeremy specializes in orthopedics/sports medicine, cardiology and emergency medicine.
After graduating from Park River High School, Jeremy Houser furthered his education at Minnesota State University Moorhead where he earned a degrees in biology and chemistry. Continuing his education, he received a degree in microbiology from North Dakota State University and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Jeremy specializes in orthopedics/ sports medicine, cardiology and emergency medicine. He has enjoyed serving the North Valley Health Center community for over 9 years. He knows that rural areas need good health and is proud to be a part of the services offered at North Valley Health Center.
Jill Smith completed her Master's Degree in Family Practice Nursing at the University of North Dakota in May of 2017. Shortly after, she was hired as a full time Primary Care Provider and has been proudly serving the NVHC community since.

Michelle Woinarowicz has more than 13 years of experience caring for the North Valley Health Center community. As part of the NVHC care team, she provides care in the clinic, hospital and emergency room.

Nicole Steien earned her Doctorate of Nursing degree in the summer of 2020. Following her graduation, she was hired as the Assistant Director of Nursing at North Valley Health center. Nicole has been a part of the North Valley Health Center care team for over 5 year and is excited to continue being a vital part of the NVHC community!

Shane Skeim's work history includes 10 years at Altru Hospital working in the surgical care unit and serving as an undergrad instructor at UND for over 7 years. He is committed to providing professional care the NVHC community can trust.
