Within the Solution Architects team, Alfredo leads the strategic design and implementation of AI-infused CCaaS and CRM solutions to fuel exceptional customer experiences for our clients. The Managed Services portfolio that he oversees also covers an array of offerings. These include everything from tailored Success Plans designed to help clients seamlessly integrate cutting-edge CX technologies, to multi-platform, multi-cloud monitoring solutions that offer clients the assurance they need in the ever-evolving landscape of cloud-native SaaS solutions. And it's all powered by our 24/7 Global Center of Excellence. Arley Havisto is the Chief of Staff for TTEC Digital where she leads strategic initiatives for the executive team and aligns the TTEC lines of business. Arley has worked in the technology industry for over 25 years. Prior to her current role, Arley successfully grew and led consulting teams in TTEC's Microsoft practice as Director of Technology & Consulting and project management teams as PMO Manager. In her spare time, Arley enjoys reading and traveling with her family.

As Global Leader of the Microsoft Practice, Biplab leads the Microsoft Practice business at TTEC Digital focused on driving GTM and driving client experience success by providing tools, technologies, and solutions to enable contact centers. The Practice is laser focused on delivering quantifiable customer outcomes and global digital transformations with footprints across NA, EMEA, India, Philippines and LATAM. Biplab has over 17 years of proven track record across NA, Europe & APAC regions on leadership, client success, team development, transformation, technology, and global experience. Biplab holds an MBA degree and is also a PROSCI certified Change Practitioner. He lives in Chanhassen, MN and loves to travel, learn golf, and play chess. Biplab is an avid Vikings fan and a huge fantasy football enthusiast.

As the COO, Bryce is responsible for end-to-end operations execution and performance at TTEC Digital. Having worked in the tech industry for more than 25 years, he has a strong track record of building and continuously evolving client service teams and offerings within growing technology organizations. As an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Bryce is an avid Badger fan and more recently graduated from the Minnesota Executive Program at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In his spare time, he enjoys experiencing the great outdoors with his wife and two children.

Christian Wagner

Global Vice President for the AWS Practice at TTEC Digital

Christian Wagner is the Global Vice President for the AWS Practice at TTEC Digital. Prior to TTEC, Christian spent 5 years at Amazon Web Services, where he was a plank owner of the launch of the Amazon Connect service. He departed AWS for TTEC in September 2021, last serving as the Central Area Leader for Productivity Applications. Prior to Amazon, Christian spent 8 years at Microsoft in a variety of technical, product management, and sales roles related to incubation of new services and launching Microsoft into the Voice and UC arena. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, Christian cut his teeth as a developer doing pioneering work on LAN based PBXs and foundational elements on what would become Unified Communications. Christian lives on the North shore of Chicago with his wife, three boys, and 70lb Doberman Pincher. In his spare time he makes cocktail bitters and plays competitive platform tennis. Originally hired as the chief executive of VoiceFoundry, Christian is currently the AWS practice leader at TTEC Digital following the acquisition VoiceFoundry by TTEC Digital. Christian's team focuses on customer experience, automation, artificial intelligence, and analytics with AWS-powered solutions.

Dave Seybold - CEO

Dave Seybold is a dynamic and proven leader who brings more than 30 years of global expertise partnering with clients to design and implement technology solutions at scale. He is inspired by creating business value using digital cloud technologies and leading diverse, global teams, and has held senior executive leadership positions at IBM, Avanade, Atos, and TTEC while living in Bangalore, Madrid, and the US. His personal philosophy is characterized by inspiring leadership at all levels, a commitment to culture and diversity, and through listening first to act with consensus and conviction. Seybold began his tenure as CEO at TTEC Digital in 2022 and is responsible for leading the Digital business, bringing Customer Experience (CX) innovation to clients, and accelerating growth. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, reading, coaching youth sports, volunteering, and any activity that takes place outdoors, including playing tennis, golfing, skiing, and hiking.

David Murashige

David Murashige serves as Global Leader of Software Development at TTEC Digital. David joined TTEC Digital from Aria Solutions via Avtex. Prior to Aria Solutions, his previous roles spanned Syniverse, Nortel/Avaya, Wells Fargo Bank, GTE Hawaiian Tel and Pacific Bell. David's executive experience includes sales, operations, product & general management. David is an active and engaged leader focused on delivering growth and superior financial results. In his personal time, he enjoys time with his family, tennis, skiing, reading and traveling. David also serves as the Vice Chair on the board of The Storehouse of Collin County.
