He is inspired by creating business value using digital cloud technologies and leading diverse, global teams, and has held senior executive leadership positions at IBM, Avanade, Atos, and TTEC while living in Bangalore, Madrid, and the US. His personal philosophy is characterized by inspiring leadership at all levels, a commitment to culture and diversity, and through listening first to act with consensus and conviction. Seybold began his tenure as CEO at TTEC Digital in 2022 and is responsible for leading the Digital business, bringing Customer Experience (CX) innovation to clients, and accelerating growth. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, reading, coaching youth sports, volunteering, and any activity that takes place outdoors, including playing tennis, golfing, skiing, and hiking.

He resides in the Charlotte, NC metro area, with his wife and 2 sons and holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Media from the University of North Carolina. In his free time, he often can be found entertaining his family with bad jokes, travelling to new sites, and tuning into his favorite sports teams.
