Claire Young, principal of CDA - Claire Young Dance Academy is BATD qualified, and has also trained in other disciplines - ISTD, RAD, Cecchetti. She is a BATD and NCDTA Associate and fully qualified to teach the disciplines ballet, tap and modern as well as pointework. She has completed certification in Acrobatic Arts and Acrotrix She qualified as a dance teacher in 2011, but has 8 years teaching experience prior to this, 6 years teaching the BATD syllabus.
