The Tri-Lakes Business Incubator (TLBI) was founded by Alison Brown on November 12, 2007, as a 501c3 Non-Profit organization, and was re-founded on April 5, 2017 by Noah Dome. Our purpose is to create economic development in the Tri-Lakes area by fostering small business growth. Our business partners include: Colorado Springs SBDC, Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, CS Regional EDC, Tri-Lakes EDC, SCORE, SBA, Colorado PTAC & others. The Tri-Lakes Region is home to over 500 home-based businesses. If you are the owner of a small business in the Tri-Lakes area, or are thinking of starting one, you have come to the right place!... We are located in the beautiful Tri-Lakes area of Colorado, between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock, in the old Woodcarver Museum building off of Baptist Road next to the Santa Fe Trail. There is convenient travel to I-25 and an easy drive to both Colorado Springs and Denver. Pets are Welcome!
