All patients who are seen will be screened for risk factors of COVID 19 by telephone at the time of appointment confirmation and upon their arrival and we ask that people attending appointments restrict the number of people accompanying them to one. We ask that you check in by phone upon arrival to the clinic and someone from our dental team will greet you when it is time for your appointment. You will be asked to wear a mask when in common areas within the building and your treatment provider will indicate to you when to remove your mask once within the treatment room.
