The Wine Information Council (WIC) is a unique network of various scientific, academic bodies and experts worldwide devoted to research on wine, lifestyle, and health aspects... WIC was established in 2009 in the frame of the Wine in Moderation initiative, and in response to the need for a broader dissemination of research on the health, social and cultural aspects of wine consumption around the world. The intention is to facilitate dialogue and make available relevant, unbiased, credible, and sound scientific information.
