Over the past 10 years, Southampton has developed extensive relationships with professional and technology partners that will enhance its Central Florida operations... Southampton has identified and plans to initially develop two Projects in Marion and Citrus Counties Florida. These sites are residential housing communities with robust recreational facilities. One of these communities will be focused on active adults and offer golf and tennis for recreation.
