David Townsend is also President and CEO of City Center West Orange (CCWO) which is a $1 billion-plus mixed-use project under construction in the Orlando market comprised of residential apartments and extensive mixed-use facilities. CCWO will offer approximately 2,000 luxury apartments (29 Palms at City Center phase I under construction) and 500,000 SF of restaurant, retail, entertainment, hotel, and professional office space. Mr. Townsend's experience in the business of real estate, finance, development, and marketing spans over 45 years. His broad base of knowledge allows him to stay ahead of the game and keep abreast of the latest business trends. Mr. Townsend has proven himself to be highly successful and respected in his chosen field, and he is known for his Mediterranean-inspired Class A mixed-use developments that maximize the use of land and the aesthetics of the structures without compromising the all-important aspects of the financial industry. Including CCWO, Mr. Townsend has developed or has under development over 2,800,000 SF of mixed-use product, including retail, office, and apartments. He has also been directly involved with the architectural design and the implementation of complete marketing programs on several projects. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA), in Finance and Economics and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Marketing from the University of Detroit.

Dennis W Michaud - CEO, President

Dennis Wright Michaud, Ph.D. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Southampton Development Company, LLC. He has extensive experience in strategic management, corporate finance, real estate development, and is a noted economist. Dr. Michaud also leads an economic consultancy (Providence Consulting Group, PCG) comprised of current and former members of the faculty of Brown University, Yale University, and the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Dr. Michaud has advised an affiliate of the US Department of State to develop a board of director training and enhance corporate governance in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He currently advises boards of several Saudi Arabian and UAE companies. Dr. Michaud is also a director and CEO of U.S. Shipbuilding International that markets and builds maritime Naval Vessels in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He is CEO of TECHNE Properties LLC that develops and builds large-scale residential housing in collaboration with Saudi Companies that are funded by the Saudi Public Investment Fund. Dr. Michaud has over 25 years of experience in corporate and merchant banking including Nations Bank (now Bank of America) and Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). While at Chase he facilitated several billion dollars in acquisition and project financing. He also founded and was CEO of a Palm Beach, Florida mortgage bank that focused on financing luxury residential housing acquisitions and a leveraged leasing company in Birmingham Michigan that financed material handling and industrial processing equipment for large corporations and SME's. Dr. Michaud was a licensed general contractor in Florida who designed, developed, and constructed numerous large residential housing projects in Palm Beach County Florida, and Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Dr. Michaud held an academic appointment as an economics professor at Brown University and the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business where he taught courses on international business strategy, economics, and political economy. Previously, he was the director of the Brown University Corporate Governance Research program. He has also been a Professor of Management Practice in the MBA program at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Leading a team of seven researchers, Dr. Michaud completed the most extensive study undertaken on CEO compensation and firm performance, with the guidance of Dr. Paul W. McAvoy the former dean of the Yale School of Management and a past member of the U.S. Council of Economic Advisors. The Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at Yale University and the Aspen Institute held a joint conference in June of 2010 to discuss the findings and implications of Dr. Michaud's research. He has written several working papers and journal articles that address corporate governance and strategy for notable journals and papers. He is also a contributor to the Providence Journal, where he has written opinion pieces on public policy and corporate governance issues. Dr. Michaud has also been a guest commentator on MSNBC, FOX News 25 (Boston), NBC 10 (Providence), and ABC 6 (Providence) speaking on economic policy issues. Dr. Michaud holds a B.S. Degree from Washington and Lee University, an M.B.A. degree from Emory University, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Brown University.

John Dane III - Chairman

John Dane III, Ph.D. is Chairman of the Board of Southampton Development Company and a Director of TECHNE Properties, LLC. He advises TECHNE on corporate strategy, finance, and construction, and operational logistics. Dr. Dane is Chairman of United States Marine, Inc. and U.S. Shipbuilding International based in Gulfport, Mississippi with two shipyards in operation, building offshore supply vessels, patrol craft, tug boats, oil skimmers, and inland oil tank barges. Additionally, Dr. Dane is past President and CEO of Trinity Yachts, LLC, which was one of the world's leading builders of mega-yachts. Dr. Dane and his company had extensive experience in designing, constructing, and marketing large ocean-going ships to clients in the Middle East. Dr. Dane is past president and CEO of Halter Marine where he managed multiple shipyards and over 11,000 employees. Dr. Dane is a member of the Navy League, the Society of Naval Architects, the World President‘s Organization, and the Advisory Counsel of the American Bureau of Shipping. He recently retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the Tulane University‘s Presidents' Counsel, the advisory board to the Tulane School of Engineering and as a member of the Ocean Research Advisory Panel for the National Oceanographic Partnership Program. Dr. Dane was selected as the Propeller Club-Port of New Orleans "Maritime Man of the Year" for 1998 and Tulane University Engineering School's "Outstanding Alumni of the Year" for 2004. Dr. Dane holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans, where he was a three-time All-American Sailor, Intercollegiate Sailor of the Year in 1968 and was inducted into the Tulane Athletic Hall of Fame. Dr. Dane has also won numerous National and International sailing championships and recently represented the United States in the 2008 China Olympic Games in the Star class sailboat.

Leonard Brooks III

Mr. Brooks is Vice Chairman of Finance of Southampton Development Company, LLC and CFO of TECHNE Properties, LLC. His primary responsibilities include advising the company on the appropriate financial structuring of real estate finance, education, and health care operations. Daily he also manages TECHNE's relationships with banks, private equity firms, and merchant banks. Mr. Brooks has extensive experience in several different industry sectors, including energy services, communications services, healthcare services, information technology, and telecommunications. He is a senior financial professional with over 25 years of Wall Street experience completing over 200 transactions involving capital funding or advisory assignments. In addition to completing over 150 private issuances of equity, he has completed numerous public equity offerings, public and private debt offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions for companies in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Brooks served as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs & Company from 2007-2009 where he established and managed the Private Equity Finance Group which during his tenure raised $18 billion of capital for growth and restructuring transactions during his tenure. Mr. Brooks has also served as Vice Chairman of Trenwith Securities, an Affiliate of BDO, and Managing Director and Head of UBS's Private Equity Group where he was involved in over $7.6 billion of transactions for clients in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Mr. Brooks also was co-founder of the private equity operation at Deutsche Bank. Prior to assuming this position he served as Vice President of the Merrill Lynch Private Equity Group. Mr. Brooks currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of SubAir Systems - the leading technology company for turf aerification and drainage, as a board member of Hellenic LLC - an infrastructure development corporation and as a Trustee of The College of William & Mary Mason School of Business.

Nancy Springett - COO, EVP

Nancy Springett, ALM, AIA, NCARB is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Southampton Development Company, LLC and has served as Executive Vice President for Development at TECHNE Properties, LLC. She is a registered architect with NCARB (National USA accreditation) and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Ms. Springett has a Masters of Liberal Arts in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University. She has served on a variety of academic, institutional, and residential projects, ranging from museum design to new elementary schools, to the design of a 240-residential unit mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Springett is a member of the Boston Society of Architects and Urban Land Institute and was the co-chair of the ULI Springfield Technical Assistance Panel and participated on the Bristol Technical Assistance Panel. She is an expert on Sustainable Design and Green Building with academic training in the graduate program in Sustainability and Environmental Management at Harvard University. Ms. Springett is co-chair of the TECHNE selection committee that determines all design, engineering, and construction teaming partners that work on TECHNE projects in the Middle East. Ms. Springett has traveled and worked extensively in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With over 25 years of experience, Ryan Jeffers is a homebuilding and concrete shell construction professional in Fort Myers, Florida. As a Florida Licensed General Contractor, Ryan is the Managing Member of Veridian Construction Management, LLC. Founded in 2010, Veridian Construction Management has provided estimating/purchasing, construction management, business development, product design & development, real estate, and home building development consulting services for single-family, multifamily, and high-rise construction projects to companies in the US and Canada. Currently, Ryan is Director of Business Development, SE USA for Solid Wall Systems, a cast-in-place concrete shell construction builder focused on production residential construction at scale. As a General Contractor and former co-owner of Greenblock® Insulated Concrete Forms, the original ICF & Founder of Greenblock Homes®, the only vertically integrated ICF homebuilding system in the United States, he is an advocate for energy-efficient, resilient and sustainable concrete home construction. Ryan has held architectural, supply chain, purchasing and project management roles within large regional and national homebuilders such as Centex Homes and WCI Communities, Inc. Ryan has worked to develop such notable communities as Tiburón Golf Club, Norman Estates, (a partnership with Pro Golfer, Greg Norman), Escada Estates, Serafina, Castillio & Tuscany Reserve, Naples, FL with a focus on production single, multifamily & luxury housing. As a production homebuilding and concrete shell construction industry professional, Ryan works closely with professional trade organizations such as the National Association of Home Builders, NAHB Building Systems Councils, Housing Innovation Alliance, National Ready Mix Concrete Association & Insulated Concrete Forms Manufacturers Association. In 2019, Ryan was a guest speaker & panelist at the International Builders Show, Las Vegas for the Building Systems Councils, Concrete Home Building Coalition's roundtable on Insulated Concrete Homes representing both the ICFMA & NRMCA. Ryan continues to be an advocate for cast-in-place and insulated concrete homes in production housing and an avid promoter of the NRMCA Build With Strength campaign initiative. Simone Hoover - Treasurer

Simone Hoover is a CPA, entrepreneur, business valuator, and dispute resolution professional who has served business enterprises in a variety of capacities over her career. Mrs. Hoover served on the founding board of directors of a non-profit organization serving Florida military and wounded warriors, where she was involved in all facets of the startup of the activities. Self-employed for over 27 years she maintains a small tax, forensic, and consulting practice where she advises high net worth individuals, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. She served as Executive Director of the NACVA State Chapter Foundation for five years supporting state chapters for this 6,000+, national membership organization. Before starting her own firm, she held a series of executive and financial positions in banking, public accounting, and regional firms, such as Omni International Hotels, Arthur Andersen & Co, CPAs, and the US Treasury Department, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Her experience in the nonprofit sector ranges from volunteering, board and staff positions in regional and local organizations over the past 30 years. She is the mother of two Army officers and supports their decision to serve their country by serving the men and women in Florida's armed forces through Operation Homefront.
