With over sixty years' experience of carving memorials by hand, we have a great knowledge of local requirements. We offer hand carved lettering. Some tried and tested methods of lettering such as inlaid lead letters on marble and raised lead letters on granite have been lost down the years by many, but our craftsmen still use them... Our headquarters are located in Sneinton, just a few hundred yards from Goosegate, where our founders, Arthur William Lymn and his son Harold Percy Lymn, traded as furniture makers and dealers at the turn of the nineteenth century... A.W. Lymn are Nottingham-based funeral directors that have been operating throughout Nottingham, Derby, and Mansfield for more than 100 years.
