Carlos Lopez is Vice President and General Manager of Schreiber Latin America. He joined Schreiber in 1997.
Carlos holds a degree in Public Accounting and master's degrees in Corporate Finance and Business Administration all from Universidad de La Salle Bajío, A.C. in León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, which includes 14 brothers and sisters. He also loves grilling and watching Green Bay Packers' football games, golf, indoor rowing and movies.
Chad Wiegand - Chief Legal Officer, Chief Risk Officer, SVP

Chad Wiegand is Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel of Schreiber Foods. He serves as chief legal adviser and is responsible for representing the corporation on all legal matters, which includes providing legal interpretation and guidance to business leaders, defending the company against legal claims and representing the company in claims against others.
Chad earned a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska.
Chad and his wife, Sara, live in Green Bay with their three children. Chad enjoys mountain biking, hunting and fly-fishing.
Cheryl Conley is Chief of Staff & Executive Administrator. She joined Schreiber in 1991.
In her 30-plus years with Schreiber, she's supported multiple areas of the business, including Customer Service, Operations, Risk Management and Sales. Cheryl is a member of the Board of Directors for the House of Hope in Green Bay and is also serving as the Fund Development Committee Chair.
Away from work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband, Jerry, and daughter, Jamie. She loves volunteering at the CP Center in Green Bay, being surrounded by friends and family, attending concerts and staying active with running and biking.
Chip Smoot is Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
Chip earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, his MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, and is a certified public accountant and certified management accountant.
In the community, Chip is actively involved on the board of directors with Downtown Green Bay Inc., Big Brothers Big Sisters of Brown County and Junior Achievement of Brown County. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two sons and a daughter. Away from work, he enjoys running, biking and skiing.
Cory Dorn is Vice President of U.S. Operations. He joined Schreiber Foods in 2000.
Cory has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He's also actively involved in the community, serving on the board of New Community Shelter and serving as head coach of a youth baseball team.
Cory and his wife, Kristin, have three children. Away from work, he enjoys family activities, hunting, fishing, camping, sports and gardening. Every spring his love of the outdoors is on display as he taps maple trees and turns the sap into tasty maple syrup.
Dave Coble is Senior Vice President of Human Resource Systems and Strategy.
Dave earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Ohio University and his MBA in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Ohio State University. He also served in the Air National Guard.
He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. In the community, Dave is involved with CASA of Brown County, serving as a member of the corporate board and advisory council. Dave and his wife, Chris, live in the Green Bay area in Wisconsin. They have three children. Away from work, Dave enjoys biking, running, skiing (downhill and cross country), golfing, and reading military books and biographies.

Dimitri Humbert is Vice President and General Manager of Food Service in Europe. He joined Schreiber in 2013 and took part in setting Schreiber's yogurt activity across Europe before serving and Vice President and General Manager in India.
Dimitri is a French citizen and is fluent in English and Spanish. He holds a master's degree in Agricultural Engineering and completed an executive MBA at IESE Business School in Madrid in 2013.
Dimitri and his Wisconsinite wife, Carolyn, lived in Madrid for 20 years before relocating to India. They have three children. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, reading and mountain biking.
Jason Stephens is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe and Asia. He joined Schreiber in 2006.
Jason earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing and MBA, both from Utah State University in Logan.
Jason and his wife, Carolyn, live with their three daughters and one son in Green Bay, Wisconsin. When not at work, Jason enjoys football, basketball, golf, fishing, hiking, camping, kayaking and mountain biking.
Jenene Calloway is Vice President of Talent Development and Chief Diversity Officer.
Jenene earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. She also earned her master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Missouri State and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Global Leadership from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.
Jenene received the ATHENA Leadership Award in 2020 for demonstrating excellence in her profession, generously assisting in the advancement of women, and devoting time and energy to serving her community. She was also recognized as one of the 49 Most Influential Black Leaders in Wisconsin by Madison365. Jenene serves on the Board of Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Council of Trustees.
Away from work, Jenene loves spending time with her husband, David, and their two sons. She also likes to read, cheer her boys on as they compete in sports, and visit family in Missouri when she can.
John Werner is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer.
John earned his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He received his Supply Chain Professional certification in 2016.
In the community, John is a member of the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin Gourmet Wishes Leadership Committee.
John and his wife, Lori, have three children.

Jon Derouchey is Vice President of Operations, Schreiber U.S. He joined Schreiber in 1997 and has held several leadership positions in the U.S. and Germany.
Kurt Koszarek is Senior Vice President & General Manager of U.S. Beverage and Plant-Based Food. He joined Schreiber in 1996.
Kurt earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.
Kurt and his wife, Dana, have two sons and a daughter. Away from work, he enjoys hockey, fishing, camping and coaching youth sports.
Laura Esteban is Vice President of Human Resources-Europe/India.
Laura earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Law. She has completed many advanced leadership programs in business communication, management, and global business from schools that include the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) and Columbia University in New York City. She is currently a professor in the Executive MBA program at the University of Salamanca.
Laura enjoys skiing, outside sports, music, photography, yoga, reading and spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband Sergio live with their son in Madrid.

Mark Welle is Vice President of Contract Manufacturing. He joined Schreiber in 2001 and has spent more than 20 years in the global food industry.
He earned a bachelor's degree in International Studies from Central College in Pella, Iowa.
In the community, Mark serves on the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin. He is also actively involved in his church.
Mark and his wife, Patricia, have one daughter. Away from work, he enjoys playing tennis and the piano as well as travel of all kinds.
Former President and CEO Mike Haddad was among the first to sign the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge when the initiative launched in 2017. Our current President and CEO Ron Dunford re-upped the commitment in 2019.
Sri earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames. Sri has more than 20 years of leadership in data and digital technologies; supply chain, including sourcing, logistics and transportation; and production experience. Sri enjoys playing racquetball, running and sampling new restaurants across the country. He is also an avid world traveler.
Terry Moeller is Vice President and General Manager of Schreiber Europe. She joined Schreiber in 1999.
Terry earned a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, with majors in International Studies and Spanish and minors in French and Economics.
In the community, she has been a volunteer and board member for Junior Achievement in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and was formerly President of that board before relocating from the Green Bay area.

Tony Nowak is Senior Vice President of Operations.
Tony earned his bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Purdue University.
In the community, Tony is a member of the Community Leadership Council of Achieve Brown County and the Knights of Columbus council leadership team. He also is active in other church ministries.
Tony and his wife, Michelle, have three children. He enjoys coaching softball, as well as curling, downhill skiing, fly-fishing and camping.

Trevor Farrell is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Americas.
Trevor earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He received his master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh.
In the community, Trevor serves as Board Chair at the Salvation Army. He is also President of the East High School Booster Club and is actively involved in his church.
Trevor, a Green Bay native, and his wife, Brenda, have three children.
Vinith (Vinny) Poduval is Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer for Schreiber Foods. In this position, Vinny leads Schreiber's efforts in innovation, R&D, shelf-stable beverages in the U.S., and plant-based products.

William Knight is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, where he provides financial leadership and support for Schreiber's operations in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
He joined Schreiber in 1997 and has played an integral role in helping Schreiber grow its business outside the United States.
William and his wife, Karen, have three daughters.
