Steve is a member of the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) & The Institute of Groundsmanship.(IOG) Having recently sold his IT company Steve is returning to his first love, horticulture. To back his years of experience gained in the 1980's Steve has put himself through some rigorous training to get up to speed with modern practices and techniques. These will be used alongside the traditional methods he acquired during his apprenticeship. In 2015/2016, he successfully undertook the RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture at Plumpton College gaining passes in all subjects including two commendations. Steve will attend Plumpton once more to study the RHS Level 2 Certificate in Practical Horticulture. As a member of the IOG Steve is up-to-date with the latest practices and principles in fine turf management and lawn care. He is an adviser and consultant to local cricket clubs and has great experience in the preparation and maintenance of cricket squares.
