Our products come from pigs from the Duroc breed, which has been awarded Protected Ham/ Pork Shoulder from Teruel Designation of Origin status, the muscular infiltration and organoleptic characteristics of which are excellent, which imparts exceptional quality to the meat... Portesa, along with Cartesa and Aire Sano, form part of an integrated production process, achieving a traceability process for its products that is a benchmark throughout Europe. Our commitment towards, and our concern for, the territory leads us to be constantly researching and innovating in sustainability and residue recovery models, fully in line with what is referred to as the circular economy.
