Steady growth was achieved over several years as a division of Compass Group (then a subsidiary of Grand Metropolitan Plc) and in March 1990 the current directors acquired the business from Compass Group through a management buy-out... The group's operations include resort management, sales and rentals of holiday property, hotel consultancy, fee collection for resorts and a Wifi connection business.
