Andrew Childe

Andrew Childe is a highly experienced independent director specialising in providing independent board level governance and dispute resolution advice to companies, partnerships, foundations, trusts and other financial structures. Andrew also takes liquidation appointments over both solvent and insolvent entities and is qualified to act as a Court appointed liquidator in the Cayman Islands. With over 20 years' experience in the financial services sector Andrew held Senior Management positions within the Restructuring and Corporate Finance Department at Big Four firms prior to FFP. Andrew has significant experience in dealing with a wide range of assets and with managing complex cross-border litigation. He has in depth knowledge of litigation claims, secondary markets, performing and non-performing loans, traded and non-traded equities, asset backed lending, real estate sale and management, derivatives and debt instruments, private equity investments, structured finance products together with a number of other esoteric assets. This experience makes him ideally placed to advise on a wide range of investment strategies and has allowed him to build an extensive network of trusted advisors and legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions. Andrew is a board member on a variety of investment companies in Cayman and British Virgin Islands, as well as the US, Europe, Africa and the UEA and is a qualified Court appointed liquidator in the Cayman Islands and a Certified Director. He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, the Cayman Islands Compliance Association and is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an Approved Director. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, CISPA, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is the former Secretary of the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association in the Cayman Islands.

Andrew Rutherford

Andrew Rutherford specialises in forensic accounting and investigations with over 17 years of experience in professional services. Andrew has over 10 years of offshore experience in the Cayman Islands where he has gained extensive experience in the financial services industry and investigations involving complex offshore financial structures. Prior to FFP, Andrew spent 14 years with Deloitte in the Cayman Islands and Canada, where he specialised in forensic and dispute services. He has specific experience in investigating fraud, unethical behaviour, corrupt practices and conflicts of interest involving directors and senior company officials for several public and private companies and organisations. Andrew is also experienced in conducting assessments of anti-corruption, anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance programs and is well-versed in conducting financial analysis and quantification of damages in commercial litigation, investigating allegations of employee embezzlement and undertaking multi-jurisdictional asset tracing. Andrew also has experience assisting police with obtaining and executing search warrants, interviewing and interrogating witnesses and suspects, collecting evidence, and preparing reports; conducting financial reviews and investigations into financial irregularities in bankruptcies and restructuring of organisations; conducting on-site inspections on behalf of regulators at banks, insurance companies, and other regulated entities; managing court supervised liquidations of various financial services companies including banks, hedge funds, and insurance companies; and conducting financial statement audits for public and private companies in a variety of industries. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University, and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants (CICPA).

Anna Silver

Anna Silver manages our office in the British Virgin Islands. She guides our clients through a variety of situations, throughout the life cycle of their businesses; from incorporation, to acting as registered agent or authorised representative, through to liquidating their interests and dissolving the company / fund. In the distressed space, she has extensive experience as an insolvency practitioner and advisor, providing guidance to stakeholders of businesses; both from the early signs of difficulties, where options analysis may show that the business could be rescued through a restructuring, to the latter stages of distress, where liquidations may be used to realise value for stakeholders. Anna is experienced and adept at navigating hostile circumstances that may necessitate enforcement using more aggressive approaches, such as court receiverships or liquidations, especially where creditors have interests that require protection, or where assets are at risk that need urgent protection. Anna has been offshore since 2017 and prior to that worked at independent boutique firms across the UK, leading trading administrations and restructuring engagements. With over 15 years' experience working across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions, Anna is highly experienced dealing with a variety of restructuring and insolvency procedures. She has practical experience leading assignments involving offshore and onshore structures, as well as complex jurisdictions such as the Middle East, Russia and Eastern Europe. Anna has also provided advisory services to other fiduciaries providing financial analysis and forecasting. As well as being appointed as an independent director, in both distressed and non-contentious situations. As FFP offers the full range of services, from incorporation to liquidation - Anna also has years of experience dealing with corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, as well as supervising regulated businesses. This multi-disciplinary experience results in a holistic approach as she brings real-world knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory matters, to all her engagements and appointments. The understanding of how things "should" be done, assists greatly when working on insolvency engagements where transactions need to be reviewed from the standpoint of the reasonable person. Anna is a qualified charted accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She is Joint Board qualified, a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is a BVI insolvency license holder. She also holds a BA Hons degree in Law, as well as a post-graduate diploma in international insolvency law, which she completed - with distinction - in 2016. Anna is also currently studying towards obtaining the Society of Trustees and Estate Planners (STEP) Diploma, as so many of the corporate structures we see have a trust aspect, both in the distressed and non-contentious space, adding the TEP to her qualifications is important to be able to continue to offer the highest level of services to FFP clients.

Bijorn Bullock

Bijorn is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada and a holder of a BA Hons. degree in Accounting and Finance. Bijorn has also completed INSOL International's Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law. He is also a member of the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA) BVI Events Committee since 2021. Bijorn Bullock is a manager in the insolvency & restructuring team. He has over seven years' experience in restructuring, cross-border disputes, and litigation in distressed and non-contentious situations as well as liquidation experience in the offshore banking industry, hotel, insurance, and property management. He has worked in Eastern Caribbean territories, and on engagements with operations and/or assets in the wider Caribbean, the United Kingdom, the United States, Seychelles, and European territories.

Carole Stewart

Carole Stewart is a Senior Accountant who provides accounting and financial analysis services. Her experience with both trusts and funds, and her broad skillset means she is well placed to prepare financial statements, calculate NAVs, and conduct investigation and analysis of financial statements and records to support the fiduciary and litigation teams in our client engagements. Carole has 7 years' experience in the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands. She joined FFP after spending 4 years at MUFG Alternative Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd providing fund accounting services to one of the world's leading asset managers. As well as preparing and reviewing NAV calculations and other fund administration tasks, Carole led the financial statement preparation, review and audit process for a large portfolio of hedge funds alongside external professional service providers. She has an extensive knowledge of hedge funds, funds of funds in particular, and is familiar with different hedge fund structures and jurisdictions. Prior to this role, Carole was with RBC Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd as a Trust Accountant. In this role she was responsible for preparing financial statements for a range of private clients and she also assisted the fiduciary team with the transfer of trust assets and the winding down of trusts as a result of RBC's decision to exit their Caribbean Trust operations. Before moving to Cayman, Carole worked in various roles in which she was involved in audit and assurance, tax, not-for-profit and project-specific engagements. She has worked with, and advised, clients operating in a wide range of industries and consequently has a highly adaptable skillset. Carole is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland.

Chantelle Morrison

Chantelle Morrison is a trust officer with over nine years of extensive experience in corporate administration services. She provides corporate, trust and registered office services to various companies and trust structures. Chantelle joined FFP in 2018, prior to which she worked with one of the largest global fund and trust administrators providing corporate administration, secretarial and registered office services to large trust and hedge fund structures. Chantelle's experience and current role include the preparation of minutes, attending to the incorporation of entities, FATCA/CRS and Economic Substance reporting and liaising with various regulatory agencies such as the Registrar of Companies. Chantelle has certificates in Principles of International Tax, AML and Compliance, International Trust Management, Trust Law and Practice and Company Law and Practice. She is also an associate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Chris Rowland

Mr. Rowland is the co-founder of FFP (Cayman) Limited, a Cayman Islands-based company specialising in providing independent governance to a limited number of select investment vehicles. He currently sits as a board director on a variety of investment companies and other entities in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the US, the Channel Islands and the UK. Chris has over two decades of experience working within the financial services sector in the Cayman Islands and the Caribbean, with the last 20 years primarily focused on hedge funds, alternative investment vehicles, SPV's, trusts and the service providers to them. He has advised clients in relation to Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Regulations, anti-corruption and sanctions, and has been responsible for the review of SAS 70 and SSAE16 reports prepared for fund administrators. He has acted as an independent director and advisor specialising in providing independent board level governance and dispute resolution advice to companies, partnerships, trusts and other financial structures. Chris has also acted as a liquidator of alternative investment vehicles and has been involved in the liquidation and investigation of other financial entities including partnership vehicles, insurance companies, trust companies and other trading entities. From many years of dealing with all manner of issues Chris has developed a deep insight into alternative investment and other offshore financial structures and products. Such issues include service provider responsibilities, valuation, redemption and side letter disputes, complex and illiquid assets, and other issues such as communication and relationship break downs, fraud, claims, regulatory investigations, disputes, restructurings, indemnification practices, claw backs and litigation. Chris is a Caymanian national who is permanently resident in the Cayman Islands. He is a Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands and qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS). He is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, the Cayman Islands Compliance Association, INSOL International and the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association in the Cayman Islands. Chris is also registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an Approved Director.

Claudine Thompson

Claudine Thompson is a Liquidation Manager at FFP in Cayman with over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in voluntary liquidations. Prior to joining FFP Cayman, Claudine was the Assistant Vice President in the liquidation department at Intertrust Cayman. Her primary role was the administration and management of a significant portfolio of voluntary liquidations and dissolutions for a wide range of Cayman registered entities which includes, private equity funds, structured finance vehicles, hedge funds and partnerships. Her portfolio consisted of various top tier international clients such as PineBridge, Blackstone and the Cerberus group. Before joining Intertrust in 2011, Claudine worked for Deloitte in the insolvency and restructuring department assisting the team with the administration of large and complex liquidations. Claudine is a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation "IWIRC" and is also a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands.

Erin Powell

Hazel O'Brien

Prior to joining FFP, Hazel headed up the client regulatory services at Intertrust Group Cayman. Hazel has worked as a service line manager with Harneys Fiduciary (Cayman) Limited, an independent provider of specialized corporate, trust and fiduciary services and MUFG Alternative Service (Cay- man) Limited (formerly UBS Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd.), where she oversaw various fund administration and client regulatory service lines. Hazel is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA) and has a Business Degree (concentra- tion in Marketing) from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Hosana Guterres

Hosana Guterres (Zana) joined the BVI office of FFP as a corporate administrator in 2021. Prior to joining FFP, Zana worked for a BVI Trust company and gained experience in Corporate administration, Corporate governance, implementing structural changes for BVI registered entities and in the provision of fiduciary services. There she was responsible for a large portfolio of clients from Latin America, and she would also often be involved in the establishment of regulated SIBA funds, providing Authorised Representative function and working closely with the Trustee on different types of Trusts.

Izanne Geldenhuys

Izanne has extensive experience conducting e-discovery, both AI assisted and manual review, projects to trace assets, reproduce accounts, originate claim and other causes of action or provide disclosure in litigation. With Izanne's legal background she is well placed to assist outside counsel in formulating litigation strategy and overseeing the execution of the strategy. Izanne also provides assistance to our independent directors and liquidators in relation to corporate governance matters and has in-depth experience on banking and finance (in particular structured trade and commodity finance) transactions. Izanne Geldenhuys is a manager (Forensics and Investigations). Izanne focuses on forensic investigations and litigation support services either as a stand-alone service or associated with contentious or litigious matters where the FFP or the team are appointed as fiduciaries or liquidators.

Jack Harwood-Scott

Jack Harwood-Scott is a Senior with over six years of experience in the restructuring and insolvency industry. Prior to joining FFP Cayman, Jack was an Insolvency administrator at one of the UK's largest insolvency firms where he worked on solvent/insolvent liquidations and administrations. During this time, he was regularly involved in investigations and assisting with trading administrations on cases in a variety of different sectors. This included manufacturing, hotel, and international media sectors. Jack is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency.

Jasmine Herrod

Jasmine Herrod leads the Forensics and Investigations team. Jasmine supervises eDiscovery and litigation support on FFP's appointments as well as supervising case management on contentious engagements. Jasmine specializes in effective ediscovery strategy understanding both the technology and the legal nuances involved. Jasmine has considerable experience managing engagements involving allegations of fraud and asset tracing. Jasmine qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales (2013) and a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand (2005).

Karen Gray-Gunderson

Karen Gray-Gunderson is a Senior Manager and Head of Risk and Compliance at FFP. Karen specializes in regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorist financing to meet compli- ance and regulatory reporting obligations while also optimizing internal AML/KYC policies and procedures, risk man- agement, fraud investigations, problem solving and process improvement. Karen has nearly twenty years of experience leading compliance teams in the legal, corporate, fund administration and trust services industry, including fifteen years with one of the magic circle offshore firms that offers integrated legal and corporate administration services covering private wealth, real estate services, fund services, governance and regulatory services to large trust and hedge fund structures across the globe. Karen's qualifications include a bachelor's degree, International Compliance Association Adv Cert, FCP Comp with merit, and Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, CAMS designations. She is also an elected council member of the Cayman Islands Compliance Association (CICA) and a Notary Public.

Kieran Clarke

Kieran Clarke is a manager with extensive experience in forensic accounting, insolvency, fund accounting and assurance with a history of working with funds, insurance companies, trusts, public and private companies. Kieran provides clients with a wide range of services including cash and asset tracing, the valuation of distressed assets, dispute resolution, accounting, and other corporate services. His portfolio includes several well-known official and voluntary liquidations. Recently, he has worked extensively on the replacement of several general partners of Cayman exempted limited partnerships including complex multi-billion dollar restructurings and has managed inbound and outbound litigation across numerous jurisdictions. Kieran is experienced in working with various service providers and legal counsel to maximize stakeholders returns. Before moving to Cayman in 2017, Kieran began his career in a Big-4 firm in Dublin engaged in the audit of large investment fund structures including mutual, hedge, venture capital, private equity and fund of funds executing a variety of strategies. He developed significant valuation experience of a wide variety of financial assets whilst dealing with multiple price vendors and both in-house and international valuation specialists. Kieran holds a BA Hons degree in International Business and Chinese and a post graduate degree in Accountancy and Finance. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association in the Cayman Islands, INSOL International and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants. Liz Barahona

Liz Barahona, a Panamanian lawyer, is a corporate services professional with a background in International Corporate Law spanning over the last 13 years. Prior to FFP, she spent more than 6 years managing a trust company in the British Virgin Islands. She holds a Master of Law in Law and Management and is a student member of The Society of Estate Practitioners (STEP). Beyond these qualifications, Liz possesses a deep understanding of International standards, regulations, policies and practices in Anti Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism, Client Due Diligence, which complements her corporate expertise and she further strengthens the BVI team, who specialize in complex fiduciary engagements. Liz has been an integral part of the BVI Financial Industry, having served as Education Chair and later as Chairwoman of the BVI Association of Registered Agents (BVI ARA) from 2019 to 2022. Her role representing the Financial Industry in local discussions with BVI competent authorities, such as the BVI Financial Services Commission, International Tax Authority, and BVI Shipping Registry; as well as international bodies as the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (CFAT), has played an important part in fortifying the BVI's international reputation and global standing. She also made significant contributions to discussions surrounding the recent BVI Business Company Act, 2022 (as amended) and BVI Virtual Assets Service Providers Act, 2022 (the "VASP Act"). Liz is passionate and enthusiastic about Blockchain Technology, Digital Assets and Web3.0 solutions. Since 2021, Liz has been fascinated by this rapidly growing sector, particularly its regulatory landscape. Her commitment to staying updated on tech trends has helped her to build a global network of experts in the field, providing her with valuable insights into international blockchain technology regulation. Liz remains dedicated to her professional development, currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Blockchain and New Technologies through the Center for Finance, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (CFTE) in collaboration with the Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a member of the BVI Association of Compliance Officers and the Blockchain Lawyers Group. Liz speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian and is known for her warm and approachable demeanor, making her a professional who's easy to connect with.

Liz Jackson

Liz Jackson joined FFP in October 2020, she has a dual role and acts as the Office Manager being responsible for the smooth running of the team and the office, as well as a Corporate Administrator where she deals with all aspects of client engagements and specializes in complex corporate structures, AML reviews and assists with the compliance function. Liz's attends to a broad range of client instructions / engagements including the incorporation of entities, Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance reporting, and liaising with various regulatory agencies such as the Registrar of Companies. She is an integral part of the client facing team and her responsibilities vary depending on the clients' needs, from preparation of share registers, updating directors, drafting resolutions, processing transactions following sales, or mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining FFP, Liz was involved in retail management, distribution, marketing, and credit control for a distribution company in the Virgin Islands. Due to this extensive local knowledge and connections on island, Liz also takes the lead with executing key marketing deliverables; arranging events, organizing sponsorships / community investment projects and generally actively promoting the firm to the BVI network and our team members' connections. Liz has a bachelor's degree in business science from the University of Cape Town. Her professional interests include complex corporate structures, project management, problem solving, refining processes, and improving efficiencies. She also acts as an independent director for an international company who have a branch in the BVI.

Matthew Lawson - CFO

Matthew has over 18 years of financial and accounting experience and has worked in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, North America and Africa. Prior to joining FFP he was the Chief Accounting Officer of Advantage Insurance Inc., a private placement life insurance company, where he was integral in transitioning a former family business through the process of filing an S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Earlier in his career, Matthew was vice president and group controller of Endeavour Mining Corporation where he played a substantive role in transforming a merchant banking company into an intermediate operating gold mining company through several acquisitions and mergers. He also worked for a subsidiary of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. as a senior investment accountant and was an audit manager with Ernst & Young in Bermuda in their financial services practice focusing on insurance and reinsurance clients. Matthew is a chartered accountant and a certified public accountant. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Michael Pearson

Michael Pearson is a highly experienced independent director, liquidator, trustee and advisor. He specialises in providing independent governance and dispute resolution advice to companies, partnerships, trusts and other financial structures. He currently acts as a director and liquidator to a number of hedge fund and other investment holding company boards, both offshore and onshore. With over 20 years' experience in the financial services sector, Michael occupied various senior roles in the insolvency teams of Big Four accounting firms. He has significant experience with wind downs, restructurings and other complex situations such as communication or relationship break downs due to unanticipated events, causing liquidity issues and often disputes and litigation. Michael's background includes realising complex and illiquid assets, resolving service provider issues, dealing with valuation, redemption and side letter disputes, in addition to investigations regarding fraud, legal claims, regulatory issues, disputes, restructurings, indemnification practices, claw backs and litigation.

Mike Parkinson

Mike Parkinson has over 30 years' experience in the offshore sector, joining FFP in 2016, having been admitted to the bar in the Cayman Islands in 1985, and also practising in California as well as England and Wales. As a lawyer in private practice in the Cayman Islands between 1985 and 1998, he specialised in financial services with a litigation bias, advising international clients, professional trustees and investment funds. He was engaged by CLT International on behalf of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) to establish their international trust practitioners' global training programme and has written a series of five text books on trusts and trust administration which are used exclusively on the STEP Trusts programme. Mike has also written extensively on the topics of international structures and co-authored a two-volume work on hedge funds and fund administration. Over the last 15 years, Mike has been engaged by a number of offshore trust companies to train staff and evaluate their expertise to ensure they meet international standards. He is a member of STEP and a well-known trust industry expert.

Nicola Cowan

Nicola Cowan is a senior manager specialising in providing independent fiduciary services and insolvency and restructuring advice to offshore registered funds and companies. Prior to joining FFP, Nicola was the in-house liquidations manager at a leading fund governance provider where she oversaw a portfolio of voluntary liquidations and strike offs and specialised in the voluntary liquidation of hedge funds and related structures. In her previous employment, Nicola worked with KPMG as a manager in the restructuring group in the Cayman Islands office. In that role, she gained extensive experience working with directors, investment managers and fund service providers on all matters related to the closure of funds. She also managed a large portfolio of voluntary and official hedge fund liquidations, including a number of high-profile insolvencies (such as the official liquidation of several Bear Stearns funds) and conducted a significant volume of voluntary liquidations for a leading alternative investment provider. During this time, Nicola was also involved in the receivership of a large hotel development in the Cayman Islands. Prior to working in the Cayman Islands, Nicola spent eight years at KPMG and Ernst & Young in the UK, advising on the insolvency and restructuring of a wide variety of companies in the retail, manufacturing and service sectors. She has considerable expertise in pre-pack and trading administrations, early exit distressed sales, independent business reviews and asset realisations. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants, Nicola also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) in the UK.

Orla O'Regan

Orla O'Regan is a senior manager leading liquidations of solvent and insolvent entities. She has over twelve years' experience in restructuring, insolvency and forensic accounting working in the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Guernsey, and the British Virgin Islands. Orla graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting with Law) from the University of Limerick and hold a Diploma in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery awarded by the Law Society of Ireland. She is a member of the Char- tered Accountants Ireland (CAI), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE).

Patrick Mulrenan

Patrick is an independent fiduciary with broad experience across various companies, partnerships, alternative investment vehicles and other financial structures. Prior to joining FFP, Patrick was a Vice-President of Capital Markets at Ocorian (fka Appleby Fiduciary Business) in the Cayman Islands where he focused on Structured Financed mandates. Before relocating to the Cayman Islands, Patrick acted in senior executive roles in a New York real estate trust company, J.P Morgan and Deloitte, where his responsibilities included financial management of investment funds and debt structuring. Patrick obtained an MBA from Cornell University in 2015, specialising in Asset Management and Capital Markets. Upon graduation, Patrick joined J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he covered Financial Sponsors and was located both in New York City and Palm Beach, Florida. Patrick's investment mandates included both public and private markets. He began his career in audit at Deloitte in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), where he obtained his CPA. Throughout his 5 years in the BVI, his clients were primarily hedge funds and other investment managers. In 2009, Patrick was chosen to form the new insolvency division in response to the 2008 Recession, where he became Manager of the Restructuring & Insolvency Department for Deloitte.

Richard Lewis

Richard Lewis is an experienced independent director, trustee, receiver and liquidator providing governance to a variety of offshore structures that have found themselves in contentious circumstances with active litigation, stakeholder dispute or regulatory investigation. With over 16 years' experience in financial services, Richard is regularly involved in managing litigation and illiquid assets, resolving valuation and investor disputes, as well as asset recovery and investigations regarding fraud, regulatory and white-collar issues. Through his fiduciary service roles, Richard has significant expertise in the administration of a broad range of structures, including special purpose vehicles focused on a variety of industries including oil exploration and support, hotel management and ownership, mining, regulated hedge funds, private equity, securitisations, capital markets transactions, asset financing and leasing transactions, through both conventional and Islamic financing methods over multiple jurisdictions. He also takes liquidation appointments over both solvent and insolvent entities and is qualified to act as a Court appointed liquidator in the Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions. Richard is highly experienced in private client matters including trust and family office services and management of privately held investments including real estate and operating businesses. He is well-versed in all stages of the life cycle of a structure, from initial setup and operation through to termination. With his in- depth knowledge and skills, he advises on a wide range of structures and has an extensive network of trusted advisors and legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions. Before joining FFP, Richard worked in the asset management assurance team at PwC in the Cayman Islands, focusing on the audit of offshore hedge funds, private equity funds and other asset management vehicles. Richard holds a BA(Hons) degree in Financial and Business Economics from Newcastle University in the UK. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA), INSOL International and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an approved director and approved by the BVI Financial Services Commission as a director.

Richard Murphy

Richard Murphy is a senior manager who acts as liquidator and director of vehicles registered in the Cayman Islands. He specialises in liquidation and director services in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands including the management and realisation of complex cross border assets in distressed vehicles. He has extensive experience in a number of investment strategies including, structured finance, crypto assets, life settlements, distressed debt, trading businesses, non-performing loans, land and real estate and other private equity strategies. Richard also manages liquidations of solvent companies and funds across multiple jurisdictions. Richard provides fiduciary services and support to clients who are winding down their operations outside of a liquidation and has experience in providing cost and resource efficient platforms to allow ongoing vehicles to wind down their operations outside of the statutory framework of a liquidation. They include large US real estate funds, offshore restructuring vehicles, litigation funding vehicles and various distressed funds with assets in the US, India and Europe. He has over ten years restructuring and advisory experience and began his career with Ireland's largest restructuring team, gaining onshore experience in business turnarounds, pre- pack receiverships, and contentious liquidations. Richard then joined the internal restructuring unit of AIB Bank where he was responsible for management and reporting on the deleveraging of the bank's non- performing loans and other non-core assets. In 2013 Richard moved to a boutique offshore insolvency firm in the Cayman Islands where he gained experience in the restructuring and wind down of offshore funds and companies registered offshore. Richard is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association in the Cayman Islands, INSOL International and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants. Taj Lee

Taj Lee is a senior insolvency accountant in the insolvency and restructuring team at FFP. He has over four years' experience in restructuring and insolvency engagements. Prior to joining FFP Cayman, Taj was a Senior Business Advisor at a big four accounting firm where he was a member of restructuring team. During this time, he managed and maintained numerous cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements where he gained experience in the hotel industry, insurance, and property management. He worked closely with voluntary, and court appointed official liquidators, receivers, trustees, and judicial managers across the Caribbean territories such as St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia, Montserrat, and Barbados. He also served on cross-border teams based in the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, and the UK in engagements with assets and/or operations, as well as ongoing litigations in the United Kingdom. Taj has assisted with the asset management and realisation, remittance of asset proceeds to global creditors, and provided updates to regional courts and governments. Trudy-Ann Scott

Trudy-Ann Scott is a senior manager specialising in the administration of complex trust structures and providing independent fiduciary services and insolvency and restructuring advice to offshore and onshore registered funds and companies. With over 12 years' experience in assurance and advisory services, including eight years with a ‘Big Four' firm, Trudy-Ann has worked across a range of industries in Australia, Barbados and other Caribbean islands. She began working in the Cayman Islands in 2007 in the assurance team at a major firm specialising in audits of offshore and onshore hedge funds. She later joined the advisory team focusing on the liquidation of entities registered in various jurisdictions as well as forensic accounting investigations. Her recent experience includes the administration of complex trust and company structures as well as the administration of the Cayman estate of a HNW individual. She continues to be involved in the orderly restructuring and winding down of solvent and insolvent entities registered in a variety of jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, USA, the Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands. Vikram Dookhy

Vikram Dookhy is a senior fund accountant with over 10 years of experience in the alternative investment fund industry. Prior to joining FFP, Vikram spent more than three years at Intertrust (Cayman) Ltd, where he was responsible for financial accounting, investor reporting, client treasury functions and other regulatory reporting for a wide range of private equity, hedge funds and trust entities. He was also involved in the onboarding and setting up of funds and maintaining all due diligence information for corporations and investors as required per the Cayman Islands Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client Regulations. During his time at Intertrust, with his Investran and Geneva skills and private equity fund knowledge, Vikram implemented creative client service-based solutions and worked on several projects to streamline complex client deliverables and automate reporting. Prior to Intertrust, Vikram was a senior fund accountant at UBS Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd where he performed administration, net asset value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting for ‘fund of funds' hedge funds. He managed client relationships and interfacing with auditors, ensuring all deadlines and demands were met. Vikram started his career at Deustche Bank (Mauritius) in 2009 and spent five years there managing all finance, administration and fund accounting activities for platinum clients with complex structures and portfolios. Vikram is a chartered accountant and holds a post graduate degree in Finance from the University of Buckingham. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Zoe Blight

Zoe Blight is an assistant manager in the Forensics and Investigations team. Zoe's work involves the provision of litigation support and forensic investigations services, associated with contentious or litigious matters where FFP is appointed as fiduciaries or liquidators. Zoe is experienced in conducting e-discovery, supervising review workstreams, advising on best practice for utilizing AI tools in conducting document reviews, across a range of contentious matters including managing the provision of disclosure in high value litigation, and large projects involving the tracing of assets. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Australia and is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Australia (2020).
