As Operations Manager, David is responsible for assisting in the leadership and management of Quesenberry's Construction, as well as project management. David has 30 years of construction experience. He was the President and owner of Rock Construction, Inc. in Roanoke, VA, where he led construction projects in the retail, municipal, healthcare, education and financial sectors for 8 years. Prior to founding his own company, he worked for contractor Breakell, Inc. as project manager and then executive vice president. At Breakell, he managed all aspects of daily business operations and managed 95 employees.

Jeff has past executive and project manager experience as senior project engineer/project manager at Celanese, Inc. in Narrows, Virginia; project manager at Wood Group Mustang Engineering in Dallas Texas; executive vice president and COO of Breakell, Inc. in Roanoke; and division manager/project manager at the Radford Federal Army Ammunition Plant. Early in his career, Jeff was in industrial sales for Ferguson Enterprises in Radford, where he received the National Sales Leadership award given corporately to one individual out of 4,000.
